Have gotten food at this location before and was very pleased with the taste, portions, and freshness. But today, Saturday, 2/28/26 at approx 4:00 PM I ordered 2 two entree dinners. One was Honey Sesame Chicken & Broccoli Beef with fried rice and the other was Honey Sesame Chicken & King Pao chicken with white rice.
The portions were small and the food was inedible. Everything tasted old as it had been sitting out for hours. Both rices were extremely dry. Again probably sitting out for hours. We threw most of the food out.
When I got good food here before it was during the week. And all the food was fresh, plentiful and tasty. This being a Saturday with mainly high school kids working was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND TURN OFF.
DON’T KNOW IF I WILL EVER COME BACK. IT WAS THAT BAD.
I WOULD BE HAPPY TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER ABOUT THIS.

Truthfully, I have no idea why this location only has 3.5 stars. I think they may have gotten review bombed at some point, but every time I have come here, the food has been fantastic. The Orange Chicken and Chow Mein, my go-to, is always perfectly cooked and not greasy or oily. The Orange Chicken especially, which so often comes soggy from other locations and is in general underwhelming, is always perfect here. The staff is very kind and attentive, and they truly do care about the product they put out.

Lobby closed at 4pm on a Friday. Drove my semi here 25 minutes because it was convenient. I hope Daniel sees this and knows this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was literally inside at the counter ordering to-go, and yet they wouldn’t serve me. Said the lobby is closed. Poor service!! I’ll stick with other Carmel/Westfield location. Said to go through the drive thru. I’m in a 65 foot semi!!

We go to this location many times a week and the staff is always friendly, and the food is great. Last night we didn’t have a great experience with the food but the manager Jesus went above and beyond. Mistakes happen, but it was handled perfectly. We will definitely be returning due to the customer service!

This location stops making food 1hr before closing if not earlier because staff is to lazy to keep making food. It’s very professional to see them eating from what is left while you walk in and see there is hardly anything amyways at 9:15. I would recommend not giving this location your money. It mind as well close at 9. Will not be returning in the future.

I drive through, so I can’t comment about eating inside. I like to get a bowl. Mine is fried rice and orange chicken but you pick your own main and side dish to go into the bowl. For me, this is enough for two small meals because the rice is filling. I’ll even eat it cold! Yummy! Fast service too.
