I ordered a build your own deep dish and was given the wrong deep dish, not to mention they forgot to cut this pizza, so they offered to make me a new one which was great. We still kept the one they originally gave us but I paid extra for the pizza I actually wanted so of course I was looking to be reimbursed. This is the pizza they gave us, and no that is not cheese, that’s the dough partially cooked. Yall can’t actually be feeding this to people.

Had not had Little Caesars for a while. Decided to get a pepperoni pizza at Gray location. Bad choice. It was cold like had been sitting there a while. Had to microwave it and could only eat the pepperoni and cheese. Eatable and that is about it. Won’t be back.

I called to inform them they had sent two uncooked pizzas. The manager of the store proceeded to tell at me stating “I’m wasting my time standing here talking to someone like you.” The manager Annie F. is rude, untrained and unprofessional. She should not treat a customer in this manner and should not be working with the public. I would not recommend ordering from this store and they have lost a customer.

When they first opened this location is was actually good. I ordered my pizza online, set my pick up time. My toppings on my pizza were towards the edge, I paid for extra cheese, got none! My pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for an 30 min or more. Cashier is clueless, told him my name & that I ordered online, 2 seconds later ask if my name was such and such, I said no! This location needs to step it up or get new employees that know what they are doing! Only thing that was decent was their pizza poppers, at least they tasted fresh & were hot!
