So……where do I begin?? I placed my order at 7:40pm went up there at around 8:30pm since I was told that they were not delivering since they were behind orders. At around 9:40 I’m still waiting for my 10 wings. I ordered Shrimp Alfredo, Super Philly steak, 10 wings and chocolate cake. I gotten everything except the wings. I was extremely patient as I can clearly see they are busy and still getting used to a restaurant style eatery. The front end manager was really nice and even compensated me with 2 free two litter drinks of my choice since I have been waiting so long. As I have waited so long and ran up there with a family members car, I had to leave so she could get to work. As I’m explaining that they can deliver the 10 wings to me cause I have to leave…..the owner, which is the wife keeps insisting that I wait one min. I didn’t have a min I had to go, she calls me crazy in front of customers and her staff. Not to pleased I walk out and head to the car. A waitress runs out and hands me the wings. I get home…..and what do I see…..the cook messed the Super Philly steak sandwich up as you can see….its missing A lot of ingredients. And as for the Shrimp Alfredo, the tails to the shrimp were still attached. The wait staff is extremely nice and very apologetic. The owner on the other hand can’t handle managing her half of the business and can’t seem to help out very much. The while I was there….i seen she can’t ring people up and when talking on the phone, she can’t understand what customers are saying and has to hand the phone to someone else. The way the kitchen is ran is unorganized and don’t comunicate with the wait staff enough or at all. This establishment will fail if they don’t get it together. Due to the unorganization, I believe that’s why their food quality has gone down, as well as their customer service skills. Excluding the front end manager and the lady’s that are waitresses or taking orders and answering phones.

The food was good especially the stromboli. It loses a star for 2 reasons. The wings are breaded and I prefer naked wings, but that’s just personal preference. Also one of the plates were ordered with a side of rice and they were out of rice. I wouldn’t hold it against them if they had told me when ordering as opposed to calling me just before picking the food up. Overall it was good though.

The food is hit or miss, sometimes its delicious sometimes its quite nasty. The main reason why I detest Italy cafe is their customer service. The other night I was told on the phone that my food would be ready in 30 minutes. When I got there after 30 minutes of waiting at my house, I was told that I would have to wait 15 more minutes because of some mix up. So I waited and it ended up being 30 minutes of waiting before I got my food. Then when I got the food home the pizza was undercooked, and very doughy. This tells me that when I place my order they didn’t start making it. Anyone that cooks pizza knows it take 20-30 minutes to make and cook. This tells me that they didn’t put my order in the oven until about 45 minutes after I placed my order. They must of rushed because the food was undercooked. I don’t understand how a pizza place with almost no customers always acts like their busy and can’t get orders right. I’ve had this same experience with them multiple times, I wont be going back.

My wife and I were regular customers as this was the only place that delivered to our address so it was very convenient. Unfortunately we called this past time and the NO LONGER deliver to long ferry road. They have lost some loyal customer as we just purchased this home and would have been customers for years to come I’ve had almost everything on the menu and enjoyed all of it. The chicken parm is outstanding especially. I really enjoyed the white pizza and the frozen tiramisu was always a must have with our order I wish they still delivered the 4.8 miles our home is from the restaurant.

Food wasn’t good. chicken was wet , dry over cooked pizza had no flavor be better off eating a Lil Caesars pizza and everyone knows there trash. Got the combination plate looked like they threw the food in the box had grease coming off it just straight terrible only thing that was nice was the delivery driver. But all in all 42.57 wasted never eating there again nor would I recommend there greasy over priced food

Im surprised by the negative reviews. They always tell me how long the wait will be. The food is usually great. I like the baked ziti and the vegetarian lasagna also great pizza and salads. The delivery people are usually decent. The prices are amazing for the amount you get. It would help if they updated the online menu, but I like them, a lot.

Ok, it might look sketchy on the outside, but their pizza is really solid. Well baked crust that’s not soggy or floppy, fresh toppings, good sauce. It’s probably one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while! Give it a shot, you might be surprised.

The food was amazing. I love how casual the crew are. Nice people, big smiles, and great sense of humor. Nice cozy restaurant, great for family. They also provide takeout. Definitely recommend giving this diamond in the rough a try. Oh and you’ve gotta try the cheesecake for dessert. Its, a mouthgasm for your tastebuds.

As a manager myself I do think it’s not very customer friendly or appropriate when you place an order at 4:40 and you have to call over an hour later to see where your food at and they tell you it’s in the oven and it’s coming and you don’t get it till 6:50 PM then when you call to get it situated and figure out why you still had to pay for your food that was two hours late and mind you it was just a large pizza and 10 wings they tell you The order was lost, and the best that they can do is give me20% off the next time you order I will never order again therefore it needs to be situated now. I am usually one who does not complain because as I said I am a manager myself of a restaurant but that was ridiculous. Especially when you have kids.

The woman taking my order got my order all wrong and when I called Chris told me that he would make my order over and that I could give them my wrong order back. The woman called me back and cursed me out!!! And said they weren’t going to make my food over. I asked to speak to the owner and she would not put him on the phone. She has a NASTY attitude. I am a repeat customer, but I will NEVER go there again. Horrible Service. No Stars!!
