The staff here is Always so accommodating and polite despite all the snotty nitpicky people that come in from Lake Wisconsin.
Eating in here often, I Listen to how the customers talk to the staff and its very upsetting to me, I Couldnt do what they do..
so I always tip them well because people in that area Dont know how good they got it, I Travel for work, and this is Thee very Best Subway on my route 100%

This Subway is the most consistent in quality I may have ever seen. It’s perfect every time I stop. The extraordinary thing is, I have only seen high school age young women working there. Well done!!

Been to this location many times without an issue but if you see 2 young men working that look like they could be brothers consider going else where. Lots of credit to the young lady working with these 2 on 5/12. One of them got bested by a bag of lettuce and forgot to put the steak on a steak and cheese sub. Couldn’t figure out the difference between a ham and turkey sub for a to go order. It was a dumpster fire to say the least. Again lots of credit to the young lady working she had her handful with those 2.

Ate here 5/22 around 5 pm by far the best subway sandwich I have ever eaten and being a trucker I been to alot of subways! got the beast with double meat think they put triple meat on it there was so much on it extra pickle and black olives were the same way loaded right down staff was awesome when I picked up my moblie order 100 % recommend this subway there truly is a sandwich artist here will be back 100%

Usually stop in on Saturday mornings to get a Sub.
Staff at that time is extremely attentive and helpful. The staff at that particular time should be considered for promotion and/or flexibility in any hour/commute/benefits items that any worker faces.
As far as the quality of the food: the bread tastes better than that provided by the franchise store in Middleton. I appreciate it.

Great sandwich ever visit ! We stop here often on our way north! Busy and efficient crew! We make a point of letting staff know we appreciate the job they’re doing! We have judged MANY Subways by ordering the Italian BMT, for about 20 years!They are the best!

A wonderful place to take the kids! Service was great and the food was okay for fast food. Parking was a bit squeezed. My experience overall was good aside from the couple in the back being touchy feely with each other which I think isn’t very acceptable. I hope this matter can be resolved so I can take the kids back.

Seems like a solid operation. The staff were nice. Now when I went there, their computer system was down so they could only accept cash. The gentleman who started my order forgot to tell me that, and I did not have cash so they told me to take the meal for free. I hope the guy didn’t get grilled for that, I’ve made on-the-job goofs (dare I say) worse than that, and I know what it’s like dealing in the fast food op-human error is bound to happen.
