Friendly and quick to make sub but NEVER have fresh nuggets or enough ready to give you 2 large cups…3 outta 5 times I’ve been there the wait is 20 minutes for the potato nuggets because they have to take them out of the freezer and bake in the oven. I think I’ve learned my lesson.
Don’t order potato nuggets here unless you have an extra 20- 30 minutes to hang out and wait for them.

A friend and I went here for lunch. Their Subs are excellent. There was no wait and the service was quick and polite. I had an Italian Mixed Sub. It was delicious and very fresh. My friend was impressed by his too. They have handicapped ♿️ parking and an easy entrance. I don’t know about the restrooms because I didn’t go into there. The prices are reasonable and in line with other chain Sub shops. I will be going back and I had a positive experience there.

Many of the staff from the Pawling Ave store moved to this location. It is not the closest store to me…but I will follow the staff from Pawling! They are so amazing! They know I get extra lettuce for my dog to share. The last 2 times I was in the store…they gave me a little container just for her! Amazing staff!!!

Had such a good sub here, I had to write a review. When I go to Mr.Subb, I usually get a cheese sub with veggies. Sometimes the sandwiches are a bit light on the contents (perhaps because it’s how much they normally put when there’s also meat) but Sarah made such a hearty sub it was perfect!

We stopped in for a quick sub after the gym. The counter guy was friendly and professional. The sub was ok at best but tater tots were hot and pretty tasty. The restaurant was kind of dingy and not especially clean. There were ceiling tiles missing and all around the place needed a facelift.
