We get takeout here multiple times and it’s always been great. We decided to dine in last Sunday during a quiet time. The service was okay, but the bathroom cleanliness could definitely be improved. Overall, we still like this place and they have good food!

First off, I hope to return soon and I hope that I will be able to leave a better review. The employees here really are trying, but they need help.
The waitstaff is understaffed and untrained. It took a good 20 minutes for them to take our order. They brought the menus after bringing us water (with several minutes in between each interaction).
They brought our papadum (normally an appetizer) after the main course and naan bread. We ordered two beers. We got one. When we asked for the second, we got it, without a glass. Then our waiter vanished and we had to go to the counter to pay and leave.
That said, the food was really good!
So I’m giving a middle of the road review here because I genuinely do want to go back, just hoping for a slightly better service experience.

Had a very pleasant experience here! I got the kids version of the kebab and it was huge! Not only was the chicken extremely tender, but the spices were just perfectly on point, I ordered spicy by the way! That was definitely the right to move because the chicken tasted perfectly seasoned! There was a lot of chicken for $12, so I was impressed by the value! My friend got the chicken tikka masala and she also really liked it! I thought the spices were great and the spice level was perfect! The service was relatively quick and the staff were very friendly! I will definitely be coming back!!!

The Paneer Makhani was excellent. Really well flavored. The veg korma was quite good as well. The dhal talka was tasting a bit burnt. I’m guessing I was just an off day for that recipe. The Pakora was quite good as was both the chili garlic naan, and the garlic naan. The mango lasses were also thoroughly enjoyed by our children. The samosas were excellent as well. Service wasn’t the fastest and the vibe was basic. You go here for the flavor of the food, not really the atmosphere. It is quite good food.

My fiancé and I are on a weekend trip in the Upper Valley area and we stopped here to get lunch, it was SO tasty. We ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, which came with rice, and chaat masala fries. This was enough for us to split, if we lived in the area I definitely would have ordered more to have as left overs. Everything was so flavorful and we enjoyed dipping the naan and fries in the tikka masala sauce. I already started eating when I took this picture and only stopped to take it because it was so amazing and I wanted it for this review. Highly recommend!!!

Not sure where the average 4 stars comes from, a lot wrong here.
Casually came for dinner with a big group, quickly seated and the wait staff took quite a while to take our order in the first place and even set our table.
Food came out very slowly, with them even forgetting one of our entrees. Having asked multiple times for staff to check on our dish, up until everyone was done eating a couple hours later. As soon as we told them we wanted to cancel the dish because it took so long to arrive, they immediately gave us a takeout container with the entree and pushed us to take it. It seems strange that when we wanted the food, it never came, and when we cancelled it, having long since finished our meal, they tried to force it onto us anyways.
As for the taste, I can only describe it with extremes; numbingly bland curries and dry meat or extremely salty with no additional flavor. Their naan was decent, which let’s face it, is the bare minimum for this cuisine.
To put the cherry on-top, after calling for the bill several times, the staff mentioned they would not charge us for the forgotten entree. Since they use the Toast terminals for checkout, they didn’t give us a breakdown of the meal so we took their word for it and paid. Upon double checking the bill, it was immediately apparent that we have been charged for a dish we never received and told the staff numerous times to cancel at the end of our meal. The staff amended the bill, but there didn’t seem to be any accountability taken here. Always a “I thought I did” or “That’s very strange” phrasing it as if we had misinterpreted the events that just happened.
I personally cannot describe our experience as even remotely enjoyable, as every part of this meal and experience you could script into Kitchen Nightmares. I do hope for some real change as I push the restaurant to hold their staff to a higher standard for their paying customers.

Had a great lunch here! Food is legit! Lovely owner came and discussed the food with us. Very tasty and full of all the Indian flavors. Especially great was the gulab jamun dessert. Never tried it before but YUMMMM!

We ordered takeout for the first time this evening and tried 7 different dishes. We just couldn’t decide what to try! Everything was absolutely delicious! Our favorites were the sev puri chat and the lamb chittenad. Both were so creative and loaded with flavor. Can’t wait to try other dishes next time.

The food here is great! Took chicken korma, butter chicken, and fish 65. All of them were a little undersalted, but they were tasty, and was very close to authentic Indian food.
Only thing I’d recommend to people considering trying out this place: don’t dine in here please, and there are several reasons why I say so: 1) the atmosphere isn’t too pleasant -dirty tables, absolute lack of any decor 2) the cutlery is all plastic and plates are all paper plates 3) wait times are pretty long (more than 45 mins). So I’d suggest doing only take out from this place.

I recently ordered four items from this Telugu restaurant, and unfortunately, three of them were highly disappointing. The fries were watery, the fish was undercooked, and the Gobi was soggy, Chickenis kind of okay. I reached out to their customer service to inform them of the issues, but their response was shockingly unprofessional. They claimed no one else had complained before, suggested it was ‘my fault,’ and told me not to call them for such reasons.
As a paying customer, I expect a minimum level of food quality and courteous service. I would not recommend this place based on the food quality and the dismissive attitude toward customer feedback.
