Delicious subs loaded with all the veggies and toppings you can ask for. Friendly staff, clean environment, and make it a meal sometimes. I miss the $5 footlongs, but food costs have gone up. Still delicious considering you make it how you want it. Lobby is open for dining so you can “Eat Fresh”!

Paid $15 for the outlaw sub. Received an incredibly disappointing bread sandwich. I assume it’s the franchises fault and not the employees. The amount of food inside the bread is hilarious.

Ordered 4 subs. Only one was remotely right. They RESUSED to fix them. Ordered an Italian turkey sub. Was missing pepperoni and salami, along with the cheese. Ordered it toasted and it was soggy. Wrong bread on two of them, weren’t toasted, missing ingredients. Wrong added ingredients. Again, went back and they remedy the situation.

I get a subway at 24th and Nob Hill at 2times a week. Lately it’s so disappointing. Today I actually ask for different bread because it was cut terribly but the second one was cut worse. I ask fresh lettuce since lettuce in the container was brown. The gentleman removed two pieces and gave me the rest. Going to another one from now on.

The workers here are amazing, super helpful . The superstar of this restaurant is “Elle” with the GREEN and dark hair ponytail. She is so kind, helpful, and always has a big smile! She genuinely cares about her job and providing amazing service! I visit the restaurant at least 3 times a week and have had nothing but positive experiences from all the employees and the quality of the ingredients are much more fresh then other Subways in town. I am a delivery driver and this Subway is the best one in Yakima, by far!! Thank you Elle for going above and beyond, making customers days better!

Subway has lost its touch with the customer. They charge you more for less didn’t taste that great would not recommend even going there at all. I remember where you can go and spend like $60 to get a 6 inch long sub and it was actually stuffed with ingredients this time around they put the bare minimum because they want more profit going in there pocket then about the customer stay away go to Jimmy John’s there at least you’ll get your moneys worth screw subway forever
