I am a senior citizen. I don’t order food online nor do I have it delivered to my house. Why do you make it so difficult to get the deals that senior citizens opt out of and the two subways I go to do not have the veggie burgers anymore. That is the single only reason I went to Subway. The only sandwich I liked is no longer served.

This is my second time calling for a problem with order. Both times I was yelled a by a rude man who accuses customers complaining to get free food. This location is inconsistent. Not all bad food wise but you will be damned if something isn’t right. Funny I didn’t want to call to fearing the wrath of this rude dude.

I use the app to order which has a different deal every day, this gives me the opportunity to try different sandwiches. So far , the turkey, chicken and tuna have been my favorite.

Every single time I go in to pick up an online order, there is an ingredient missing. The first couple of times I let it go, no big deal. But then it just kept happening. And I always tip 15 to 20% in the app as well. This last time I picked up my food, carried it to my car and then checked the ingredients. Of course there were two ingredients missing, plus they gave me the wrong type of chips. I bring it inside, they are very kind and offered to remake the sandwich and do it right. I appreciated that very much. They made the sandwich and I checked it when I got to the car, and lo and behold, there’s something missing. I didn’t want to bother going back in so I called instead and the manager adamantly told me that he was looking at my receipt but I did not order black olives. I happened to be also looking at my receipt and I did see black olives. He said no, he made sure and double checked that everything was on there correctly. So I had to go ahead and read him my entire ingredient list for him to finally get it. He apologized but I said I just wouldn’t be returning. Way too much bullshit for a mediocre sandwich.

I recently stopped by the Subway during the evening shift and was absolutely delighted with the experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. Came in for the Sub of the day and a Broccoli cream soup.
I had to wait on the soup as they didnt have any ready which meant I was getting a fresh hot soup. The sub was good. Normal amount of ingredients added. The soup was great. Overall experience was good. Clean washrooms, parking lot gets full during lunch time just like any other place. Cleaninnes was okay.

I have been to a million different Subways and this one is THE BEST. The bread is always so fresh (as is all of the food). The store is very clean and well run. The owners and people who work there are SO nice and friendly. Seema is always there bright and early with a smile on her face. She knows my sandwich by heart and is welcoming and just lovely. Everyone there is kind and seem to love their jobs! Five stars for sure!

Ordered a foot long roast beef. The albino man making your sandwiches hides behind the counter with the stainless steel flip cover over the food so you can’t see what dirt they are putting together. You know why? So they can skimp you and give you garbage before they toast your sandwich.
As soon as I took my first bite from my sandwich, the entire piece of meat came off that was one half of my sandwich. It was literally a layer of fat and skin from the roast beef cut.
I threw away the sandwich. I’m done with this skimpy place. This wasn’t the first time either. It’s like pulling teeth to get some extra lettuce on or cover my sandwich with basic condiments.
These people are very very cheap and shady. I can’t imagine the food handling. I will report this place to the city for an inspection.
