Me and my friend went to this place yesterday and I ended up getting a Spicy tuna bowl. The staff was really sweet and greeted us when we came in. The manager was also such a sweetheart. They gave me sauces on the side and the bowl itself was really good!! My friend got bondis best and it brought 4 diff sushi rolls for $25. The price is definitely worth it because the sushi tastes fresh, not like the ones at markets. The space was clean and there are solo seats for you to sit at. Will definitely be coming back!

Service was fine the lady helped me because it was my first time and I wasn’t understanding the menu. Honestly? I was laughing when I opened the box it seriously looked like something my little brother would have made. the fish quality is fine but for the price pretty shameful! Also my rolls were all wrong… my spicy salmon had half salmon half tuna? my yellowtail scallion had jalapeños in it. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY. the cross contamination was insane. Also the miso soup was so bad it was 100% developed by a white person because it had no depth of flavor which is upsetting. It was my first and last time here

$36 for 3 rolls of AVOCADO sushi. No salmon, no fancy fish eggs, no special requests. $36. At first I was like okay maybe they made it really good and it tastes amazing. I wouldn’t even pay $10 for this sushi. It tasted bland, the wasabi sucked, the pickled ginger was the only saving grace but who spends $36 for good picked ginger?? Other sushi spots will give you good pickled ginger while not charging you damn near $40 for 3 rolls of anything. No lunch special either, so you can literally go to any other sushi spot and get better quality sushi, with miso soup or salad, for 20 less dollars. They gave it in this upscale packaging and different containers, so maybe thats where the price came from because it definitely was not from the quality of the avocado, or rice, or seaweed. I’m not eating the plastic containers, I’m eating the sushi – which was not worth $36. In what world does avocado sushi find itself to be priced at $36? At least the lady taking my order was kind but I can’t get past the fact that they charged $36 for three rolls. I got sushi from a spot 3 blocks away from this for $16 with a salad and better quality sushi. The interior design has the gall to state that good sushi has finally arrived in Tribeca. The funny thing is, it probably has – but not with Bondi Sushi. Mediocre sushi sold at fancy restaurant prices.

Decent sushi spot with good setvicei. Biggest criticism is the value. Quality is not commensurate with the amount or quality of the food. Servers are pretty friendly and efficient.

This was an amazing experience that I had, and honestly this was the best sushi that I’ve ever had in my entire life. I recommend to come to this place compared to any other place in NYC

Honestly, I felt a bit ripped off at this spot. I ordered the Tuna Bowl for $24 thinking it would be a solid, protein-packed meal. Instead, it was about 75% rice (bed of rice covering the entire base), cucumbers, fruits, onion and mayo, with small portion of tuna thrown in.
For that price, I was expecting something more filling and balanced definitely not a mostly-rice bowl. I’ve attached a photo so you can see what I mean. I really don’t think this price is justified for what’s basically a fancy rice bowl with barely any tuna. I kinda feel gross after eating all that rice and mayo coz I was hungry and at work.
I prefer my regular poke bowl instead.

It was a delivery for a work event, and I got the vegan maki platter, another maki platter, and the nigiri platter. Everything was beautiful & delicious and the team ate every last bite. In fact my only regret was that I didn’t order a fourth platter! It was a team holiday gathering and everyone was wowed by the food and it genuinely made things feel special. Also the delivery was on time and contained all the extras needed (minus napkins that were missing). I will 100% be using them for work event food again!
