We moved to Freeport in January of 2024 and soon discovered Billy’s. The spot seems to be a favorite amongst locals and we have since made it tradition to stop by every Friday for a few donuts and kolaches. The staff is great and freidnly. The donuts are amazing, super soft and fresh. The kolaches are great. Just the right amount of sweet for the bread to go along with the real texas sausage. Blows shipleys out of the water if you ask me. Overall a great place and hope it is around for many many more years!

Hands down the best donut shop in the county. I love the staff, they’re so nice and friendly. Especially the weekday lady, she’s ALWAYS smiling. Their donuts and kolaches are the best too! Fast service, you’re in and out quick.

I absolutely love the croissants here and have not been able to find anywhere else that makes them like this. The homeaid croissant bread is so flakey you will have flakes all over your shirt after you eat it. The ham is not the thick cut actual ham but instead thin sliced with the ooey gooey swiss cheese in the middle. YUMM. We make a point to go to Freeport from Houston at least once a month for these.

We go to the church down the street and we stop at Billy’s donuts every Sunday. Billy’s best iced coffee with caramel is amazing. I wish they had more Billy’s donuts.

Without question, the best donut shop around. The breakfast croissants are really good. I like the bacon, egg and cheese when on the run, but the triple meat is great when you need that little something extra. Their sausage kolaches are awesome too. The service is always fast and really friendly. When you want something better than the same old fast food chains, I highly recommend this place.
