This is a difficult review because, as a whole, I like Arby’s. The music they played was great but that is about it. The place wasn’t busy and the majority of tables were dirty. It took a while for someone to take my order, and when I got my sandwich, it didn’t have bacon. I showed the staff and they offered to give me bacon, I said that would work. They gave me cold bacon. I then asked for the sandwich to be remade. They remade my sandwich, and this time it came out right. There is plenty of parking. And the dining area is nice.
I made another trip back to this Arby’s December 2024. Much different experience. The place was clean and the service was quick and courteous. Glad I came back. I added 2 stars to my initial review

It was clean and quiet. Had contemporary Christian music quietly playing, nice atmosphere.
Manager Dan was very nice.
Sandwich maker did my special Sandwich order perfect! I had a French Dip, and had them add red ranch sauce, lettuce & tomatoe. Roll was soft like I prefer.
Crinkle fries were dropped when I ordered, so they were piping hot and had enough salt, (unlike most places).
I didn’t think I’d eat it all here, so take some home. But it was so good I couldn’t stop eating. I finished it all!
I did thank the manager and Sandwich maker for the great service and yummy sub!
Other Arby’s after gonna have to step up!

The Bealton Arby’s drive thru girl for the second time gave us the wrong order. When ordering she talks over you so you can’t finish your order, when you get the food all is wrong, we pointed out the fries were wrong, the manager offered to fix, then later to find the drinks were wrong as well. The sandwiches (roast beef) were cold. It is the only drive through we have to repeat each order 3 to 4 times to get wrong food. Arby’s do better. Take this person off the drive through, or train to listen instead of interrupting only to screw it up. We were the only car in the drive through. So no order mix up. We will not go back.

No line.. placed our order… repeated the sauces we wanted 4times (twice at ordering twice at the window) (2 sauces, that’s it) and that 4th time seemed like we were an inconvenience for stating the sauce we wanted for the 4th time. Mind you that’s how many times we were asked what kind of sauce we wanted. The fries had to be under that heat lamp at least a hour. The burger was spongy and so was the chicken. ( Corporate: in the 90s 2000s I remember the fries being curly and flavorful, now it’s curved crisp crumbs whomever your vendor is for the curly fries has failed)

Stop at this Arby’s drive thru to pick up a quick bite and drink. The food was warm and fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Will keep this on the return trip.

I love Arby’s which is why it’s so frustrating that this one is so poorly operated. I ate here 7 or 8 times in the first 6 months they were open. Every time I had to pull up and wait 15 minutes for a basic combo. This is with almost nobody there. The buns are always cold and hard. They short you on sauces every time. More often than not, there is a mistake with the order. After giving up on them, I tried again today. I ordered a #1 with curly fries and Arby’s sauce. I elaborated, “the red one.” Instead I got regular fries and horsey sauce. No wonder this place is almost always empty. It also doesn’t help that you have to turn in 100 yards before the restaurant, but they haven’t thought to put a sign up where you have to turn so people can actually stop at their restaurant. Put deals on your sign. I teach across the road and practically the whole school shares my sentiments.

Thank you for fighting hanger, and fulfilling my hungry tummy thank you so very much.
I arrived hear on one of those bad seniors moment days, and they were so helpful.
And unfortunately I was not all nice that day, until I ate, then I was happy, when I got home.
And I do love their food thank you so very, I so wish I could afford you more often.
