Market Square Subway gets a 5-star rating from me as they completely exceeded my expectations…..and I NEVER write reviews. NEVER. Ezekiel took a large order from me the night before I needed to pick it up. When I came to pick it up on Saturday a little early, expecting it to NOT be ready, Jessica told me that not only was it ready 30 minutes early, but she had boxed it all up for me and it was ready to go. When we got to our event, the presentation was excellent, clean, napkins, condiments, and the bread was VERY fresh. I LOVE it when people surprise me, and they did just that. Professional, timely, accurate and went the extra mile. Thank you Jessica and Ezekiel, I will be back and will recco you to others………

One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Out here for work and came in because I was hungry. Staff was rude. 1st thing was questioning me if I place an online order. I say no and her response is “well…what do you want.”
I order and her questions are short and rude tone. Then I notice she is only putting 1 layer of meat (4 peices of salami) for a footling. She tells me that’s all I’m allowed unless I want to pay extra. Then I order the veggies and she quite literally putting a total of 6 pieces of veggies on the sandwich and if I want more, it costs extra.
When I voice my complaint on the situation, she responds with, “well, you want the sandwich or not”
I look on here they are sitting at around a 2 star rating. Clearly not the only one who has bad experiences with this place to validate my claim.

This Subway used to be really good, but I have made my last visit there!! Waited almost 45 for a mobile order; when I finally got it, the bread was hard as a rock and the ingredients were less than desirable! There were no drinks in the cooler, the tea machine was disgusting, and the fountain drinks were mostly out. The manager may want to shut down and revamp and clean up!!

Rude staff who don’t understand the most basic concept of making a pizza. She claimed their frozen prepackaged pizza already includes “extra” cheese, when in it does not. I bought a veggie pizza and was charged $1.20 for basically a tablespoon of grated cheese on top of the vegetables, which is included as part of the basic meal at every other subway I’ve ever been to and just about every pizza place. To add insult to injury, they would not even allow me to use the restroom after paying for it and eating there.

My wife ordered me a footlong steak and cheese with peppers and onions to have delivered to my work for lunch. To think there are folks that work at a place that makes food for people that cannot get out and get what I got is behind frustrating. Basically I got bread. This pisses me off to no end that our fast food places have gone so far down hill, it’s not funny. We work hard for our money, and some times you just can’t get away from work to get anything or, you’re so busy you forget your lunch, so you order out. The people that put my sandwich together needs to learn how to do their jobs. Never again, will I ever, go to this Subway again. Lesson learned!

They have a lot of work to do from beginning to end. We weren’t greeted properly. Our order was rushed and customers service wasn’t friendly. They were rolling there eyes for everything we wanted clearly looked like they didn’t enjoy there job. I can’t say enough about how much this Subway has turned itself around! A while back, we stopped coming because of the poor service and inconsistent food quality. The staff was rude and it was clear that they were not invested in serving customers daily.
Recently, we decided to give it another shot—and wow, what a difference! The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the overall atmosphere feels so much more inviting. The food is made accurately and the employees are smiling and make you feel welcome.
It’s clear that the new management has made a huge impact. A big thank you to the new manager for taking the time to listen, make changes, and truly care about customers.
Highly recommend giving this place another chance if you haven’t been in a while. You won’t be disappointed!

Unfortunately we went here 1 hour before closing and there were many homeless people inside. The young man was working alone and was using his disposable gloves to help a man with his phone and make our food- he kept going back and forth. Eww. Drink machine was out of drinks and bottles only had a couple of choices. Would not recommend (atleast after dark).

I didn’t like the girl’s attention at all. When I arrived, she was outside and didn’t even want to pay attention to me. I asked her if she was working, and she got angry and treated me rudely. I don’t recommend this subway.
