This place is adorable! It’s a food truck but it’s so much more. The food is delicious. I had the shortrib lasagna it was awesome! Now the adorable part. It’s a food truck with a alfresco sort of vibe to it. He has a movie projecting on the wall next to his trailer and little tables with lanterns on them. I might be a nice memorable date night for someone special. I love his concept. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

I was hesitant to stop at a food truck for lasagna and I am so glad I did. First Guillermo welcomes you like your family!, then explains the menu and different options. I had the Classico Lasagna and my daughter had baked ziti bolognese. Both dishes were authentic and Delicious He conversed with us and made us feel at home. Definitely on my weekly go to!! The lasagna and meatballs were very salty. We enjoyed the garlic bread and Caesar salad. The lamb special was also pretty good. The service is slow and the person checking us out is not too tech savvy so it took a while to check us out. The ambiance is decent, but there were lots of mosquitoes out. The tables were clean and the men working were nice. The food is pretty pricey for what you get.

Per the chef’s recommendation, I went with a classic lasagna and garlic bread. Also decided to try the traditional tiramisu and the key lime variant. Lasagna was just the right portion size and balanced flavor. Garlic bread was tasty and easily enough for two or more people to share. The desserts were both tasty, not too sweet, but I have to give the edge to the key lime tiramisu. Try it, it’s next level! Great service, very attentive, and nailed the recommendations. This was my first visit and I’ll be returning.

The best lasagna ever! We ordered a full tray for a recent football party. Everyone devoured it and came back for more. Fortunately we had a little left over for the next day. We had the Classic with a few orders of garlic bread. Easy to reheat – only 30 minutes for the whole tray. So good, we went back for single servings to-go another evening. Highly recommended. NO EXTRA SAUCE NEEDED which I was told by William and he was 100% correct! Sorry no photos.

This place is Amazing and William is a tremendous cook as well as a good host and server. If one were to go to a fancy restaurant, they would pay double for not nearly as good of slice of lasagna. He also has what I would describe as the best pesto I’ve ever had. One would think ‘what can someone do with pesto sauce’ but William’s is incredible. As is the lasagna bolognese! Cannot recommend this place enough. Fresh cooked food and a nice environment to sit down and eat should one decide to have it on the spot.
