Maddy at Zips was super understanding when I forgot to ask for a gluten-free bun and ended up with a regular burger instead. Didn’t expect my burger to be thrown in the bag. Asked to add bacon – got one slice. The service seemed fake. They weren’t busy in the slightest so I definitely expected more care to be taken when making the food.

Come say “Hey!” To Alora at this Zip’s location. They’re lucky to have her! She’s super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. She was training someone new while also running the drive through and front counter. She did so with ease and efficiency!

That was disappointing. Almost $8 for only a bacon cheeseburger…. No drink and no fries with no extras. A small one with a super thin patty with not much flavor all around – the bun is literally the majority of the calories and meal here. You’d be better off just going to McDonalds.

Every experience I have had(starting about four years ago) was quickly becoming worse to the point of NOT returning. Now, I ask myself… ” why would I take the time to submit this feedback ?? (Their are plenty of other great restaurants)
I am submitting this feedback so the company can rebuild,, ONCE Zips WAS CONSISTENT IN QUALITY AND HUMAN SERVICE !!! When one leaves feedback,, does it actually reach the owner ?? As opposed to the branch manager ? The branch manager can disregard the feedback and NOT pass it on to the HEAD BOSS / OWNER,, (Job security). The Lewiston stores are evident of poor / lack of service… ( closing early, throwing food around,, when served, dining in and especially with TO GO. What has happened to the great reputation that once existed ????
