All zero lady told me to hold on, I was the only one in the restaurant…. I just wanted to place a togo order… Then I look up and she is filling up the salad bar…. I’m the only one there!!! So I left… Need to give that store a good cleaning and figure out why your never busy…

Ordering at the entrance type of place, which I do not prefer. Lady that we placed our order with was very nice even though it took a while to decide and she did warn us to sit away from the tv corner booth. The tv playing music was extremely loud and according to her they were not allowed to turn it down. Perhaps if we weren’t seated for over an hour, the vent above the table wouldn’t have frozen me. But we were there extremely too long. Everyone else got there food and left way before ours was brought out. People who came in way way WAY later than us received their food. No wait staff checked on us, the salad bar or cleaned off dirty tables during this time. By the time we were called to the window to pick up our food, we were all irritated about the whole situation. My husband said his pork chop was dry and hard. My “grilled” shirmp were small and covered in a brown sauce. Other guests at my table liked the fried fish.

Great customer service. I ordered the 8 oz marinated ribeye, which was not a high-end steak like you would see at a fancy steakhouse but I enjoy a good “diner” steak every once in a while. I also ordered a grilled cheese sandwich (weird, I know but that’s how I roll when ordering off of diner menus; the prices are just so inexpensive and there are so many good choices) and the waitress returned to my table to ask if I wanted mayo on it (I did). I had forgotten to mention the mayo but she had my back. I appreciate that level of attention. The grilled cheese was just how I make them at home and prefer them. Diner style again. Just be sure to pay attention that you get everything you have coming to you when ordering. The steak comes with a salad bar but the waitress didn’t realize it at first. I caught it and she apologized so all was well. Overall great experience. Service was quick too.

I would not even leave a 1 star!!! My family went in and ate and the food was just as bad as the owners attitude!! We placed our order got two salads the salad bar was awful!! When we checked out the price was off and I confront them as to why they charge me more for my food than what the menu said, the owner came out told me if I couldn’t afford it I shouldn’t go out to eat!! Then he formed me it was to much to keep prices updated on menu that’s why he put on the menu prices subject to change (which makes sense being maybe he is the one who needs money). Never in my life I tried telling them this isn’t right he yelled at me to never come back! So if you plan to go just know they will charge you what they want even $2.50 for a water!!! This place is junk!!!

Went there with a group of friends for dinner. There were 10 of us. The service was great. There was an exceptional amount of choices in their menu. I had the fish. It was okay but slightly mealy. The other group members enjoyed their meals as well. They did not scrimp on their portions so there was plenty to eat.

Absolutely horrible. Will never be back. Charged $45 for 3 plates, didn’t get everything we ordered, the girl had an attitude from the moment she started talking. Also worth mentioning, our food was in a Walmart bag.

This had to be the worse service / customer service I’ve had in my life. My family and I placed our order at 7:28. Our food did not come out until 8:32. Absolutely nothing in this restaurant should have taken that long to cook. Then when our food came out it was cold, one of our meals came out well after 8:32 and when we asked for a manager we we’re told she couldn’t come speak with us. However, a family with the same size family received their food before us who came in at least 15 minutes after we had placed our order. Once at the counter to pay for the food we did receive I asked again to speak with a manager. Only for her ( Manager Kathy) to immediately start making excuses for the horrible service. The restaurant wasn’t busy nor was there a lot of take out orders because it was pouring down rain outside. After going back and forth about them needing to take the food we didn’t receive off the check. A white male appeared from the back threatening to call the police I said sir would you like to use my phone. I have plenty of time and I’m only trying to pay for what I received. This was the absolute worst and I WILL NEVER SET FOOT OR SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS PLACE. As I was finally able to pay our check our original server apologized to us for everything that happened only for another white male to say you don’t have to apologize to THOSE people… go figure he couldn’t hide his true colors any longer. I’ll definitely make some very important calls Tuesday morning this is definitely not the end of this matter.

This place has the absolute worst customer service ever. I will never go here again. Placed a call in order and told it would be about 45 minutes. I arrived to pick up food and it still was not ready. I paid for food and went to sit in my car and wait. The lady told me that she would come to the window and let me know when it was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and decided to go back in, only to be told someone had already picked up the order. This is insane. I came in and paid and you gave my order to someone else. And they acted like it was no big deal. I was not going to waste another hour of my time waiting for you to redo my order. Nasty and rude staff. Do not need to be working with the public at all. I will never come here again and I advise anyone not to try this place. The customer service or lack thereof is HORRIBLE!!!!!

Avoid this place. Worst customer service ever. & the food wasn’t hot u can tell it was sitting out for a while. Waiter wasn’t friendly at all. When we walked in they look at us like we didn’t belong there. Food/service was terrible. Go somewhere else if u want good quality food. & service. Tried to reach out to the owner n he never called gave me a call.
