I wanted to stop for a quick ice cream for myself and a friend, a 1yr golden puppy. The staff offered their only puppy ice cream treat. One inch of vanilla in a tiny cup for $3. That’s about 2 spoon fulls for $3. You just lost a customer.

Hello, when I visited this location recently I was greeted at the counter by a middle age woman with her hair down. She was extremely unpleasant towards me and her coworkers and just created an uncomfortable environment to be in. i tried asking her for a Sundae with extra caramel and she huffed at me with attitude then asked one of her coworkers to takeover for her. The food is overall great and normally the customer service is also great with the younger girls being very respectful. I used come her a lot and I’m very disappointed to see how this place ended up.

I ordered and PAID for a medium blizzard. I got a small because that manager can’t hire intelligent workers. I couldn’t go back and get a new one because I had three other ice creams and those would melt. I’m very disappointed

Update summer 2025-Sad to say this Clinton Dairy Queen doesn’t carry chocolate sprinkles anymore — a true heartbreak for sprinkle lovers. To make matters worse, it’s located right next to the wastewater treatment plant. So if you’ve ever wanted to enjoy a Blizzard with a side of sewage scent in the air, this is the place. Not exactly the sweet treat experience I was hoping for

I had a blizzard, but it was supposed to be a turtle blizzard. Well, it was just soft serve ice cream. The smell of next door was not a pleasant odor. Dairy Queen is overpriced, customer service is lacking.

Always love the Clinton DQ. I miss the little driving range they used to have there in the 70’s and 80’s. Get your hot dog and ice cream, and then whack a few golf balls, to see how far they would go. Wish they had more picnic table to eat outside at. Can’t go wrong with their Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard, and I love the new Oreo Brookie Blizzard. Only complaint I have, would be there Banana Split, which used to be called a Banana Boat. It should have stayed that way. See, a long time ago, they used to use a whole banana , cut in half. Now, they take half a banana, cut it into slices, and they cheapened it. Also, they used to make it a lot bigger. The ice cream was way more than it is now. They used to give you jimmies, walnuts and three cherries, with real whipped cream. The way they make it now, I got less ice cream, you have to pay extra for Jimmies and nuts, they put FAKE whipped topping (chemical cool whip,) and only one cherry. Would have given you guys 5 stars, but you’ll need to go back to making the Banana Boat, the way you used to, for that to happen.

The workers were very friendly and everything came out quickly they seem to have a system down to get the customers through in a speedy efficient fashion. They don’t have an inside just an ice cream counter where you order and eat in the car. I think maybe their are picnic tables I cant remember. I wish they could take coupons from the app but they are unable to, im not sure about paper coupons.
