Screwed Up Waitlist Then Refused to Make It Right
I tried to take my wife here for food as we were passing through. We waited over 70 minutes after placing our waitlist reservation and were met by a cheery girl at the front who told us we had to wait another 10-15 minutes. When I came back after that time, I was told I had to wait ANOTHER 10-15 minutes because “sorry, I forgot to check you in.” I consulted with my wife and then went back in to cancel after explaining the issue. Guy took us off the list with barely a sorry. Absolutely garbage service; won’t be back and will go to other locations.

Today was our first time trying the new location. Our waitress (Kayln) was excellent. She was an excellent waitress! Hope we can have her wait on us again. The food was excellent and right on time. We did have a little bit of a wait even after calling ahead but it was not bad at all. Our family looks forward to coming to the Lawrence location again!! Kayln rocks!!

Great service, 5 cheese Ziti Excellent, could have used a little more dressing on the salad, breads sticks yummy, fried calamari and the dipping sauce superb. Lots of parking. Get on the wait list through their app a couple hours before you want to be there if your planning on having supper. Or you’ll have a long wait. Their very very busy. Literally came in like 40 minutes before close and they said I couldn’t order anything because the kitchen had started to shut down. I wasn’t even there for a table, we were ordering like 10 breadsticks to go. I would understand if it was like 10-20 minutes before close, but it was almost a whole hour before closing. They were nice though.
