I came in to pick up an order. Sabrina your sandwich artist is making the sandwich. As she’s placing the pepperoni on the sandwich, what she didn’t use she stuffed in her mouth. I told her how gross that was and her response was, “I know, what do you want me to do?” I’ll make a complaint and that’s when she gave me her name. She didn’t even was her hands and change her gloves. She just went an hid in the back. When she came back out she was still wearing the gloves. That is wrong on so many levels.

I came in and the two subway workers were working on ONE sandwich that was a mobile order and the customer came in and they had messed up the order. I waited a few minutes. There was still two people making ONE sandwich. I just said forget it grabbed one of their pre made sandwiches and the lettuce was all dirty and nasty I just threw it away. I’ve been to plenty of subways at a loaf n jug…. This was by far the worst.

Skimped on the toppings, refused to make the sandwich correctly. Buyer beware, you’ll pay Subway prices and not get the sandwich you paid for. This is the third time I’ve ordered this exact sandwich. The other two times I went to a different location and they made it right. When bringing it to the attention of this store, they basically said too bad. Horrible experience.

This boy didn’t know how to do the job correctly. All sloppy and messed up order. It was a mobile order. I didn’t get one sandwich and went back. I was literally watching him make that order but incorrectly. It’s the one with avocado I had to tell him it needed avocado and he just wiped it on top of the Mayo. He also added veggies that weren’t suppose to bed added. He said he didn’t see the order on the receipt and I grabbed the receipt and showed him it. Wrapping skill sucked too.I would’ve fired him already. Show some pride into what you do. You’re getting paid.

I almost forgot what a true experience at Subway was like until today, July 4th, when I met the awesome sandwich maker “Kylee”. Not only was she professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied—she made an awesome sandwich. Thankful for people like her who are working on holidays like today, with a smile on their face! I hope your superior sees what I see in you Kylee! You are truly a great employee!

If I could give negative starts I would, so first of all we walk and and neither of the employees were very pleasant. They acted like we were intruding on them trying to work and acted very annoyed. I got a wrap and my hubby got a foot long no meals, drinks nothing and it was $30, I think that’s insane. My wrap tastes like someone had dumped a pound of salt on it I was only able to eat about three bites and gave up mind you we were starving and really looking forward to subway that day. I can honestly say I will never be eating there again, oh also when the churros first came out we tried going and they were closed two or three days the sign said due to their ovens and the lady’s argued with me telling me that never happened. The churros were absolutely terrible I would not recommend them and I mean terrible. So dare if you want to but to save yourself a couple bucks take my word for it.
