For the last month or so evreytime we come to this location the older guy in drive thru is always rude and acts like where bothering him when we pick our food up makes us not even want to come to this location anymore, a positive attitude and some kindness goes along way please train your employees with this in mind. Sooooo… this was a bad trip … First the guy kept asking me what I wanted after my order. I ordered 4 sliders, and it took about 15 minutes to get them out to me. They did not seem busy at all! Like, I was the only one there at the time. I never saw the guy wear gloves when handing food out the door. Also before he handed me my items he was on his personal cell phone! Then didn’t wash his hands after! How is this okay due to covid! The staff seemed unenergized and it looked like they didn’t want to be there. Also my food just looked sad… This was a grabge trip to subway and I feel like some of these issues need to be addressed sooner rather than later.

It was bad. They smashed my friends sandwich and only put 2 slices of cheese on it. They put a lot of cheese on mine and put a lot of mayo on my when I asked for a little. When asking if I could receive the footlong I ordered instead of the six inch, the old gentleman proceeded to get an attitude with me and slam the new sandwich on the counter multiple times. I returned to the car upset by the service I had just received to find whatever this is floating IN MY DRINK. It was attached to the lid when I first saw it so it was definitely in there when they handed it to me. I’m disgusted and angry.

I went there Monday at 912 pm to eat. The door was locked so i went though the drive thru, I didn’t hear anything for a couple of minutes. Then all of the sudden someone came to the microphone saying “sorry they were closed” Even though the sign said close at 10pm. I ended up going to the Subway on Fort Harrison the food was very good there.
