While the drinks are pretty good, and the croissants even better I’ve had some difficulty rationalizing the price of the items I buy. Today I got an almond croissant and a medium dirty chai. They upcharge the prices for everything. Extra for almond milk, extra for espresso, which made my drink almost 8 dollars altogether it was 15. The barista didn’t do any latte art which was disappointing. And there’s often no seating available. While the customer service is decent I don’t think it’s worth the price.

We always love to discover new, wonderful patisseries when we travel. Tart Baking Co is delightful! They have delicious strong coffee! We loved our cappuccinos! ☕️ the croissants were great! They have amazing Pain Au Raisin and Monkey Bread The sandwiches looked delicious! Service was quick, polite and laid back. Very cool vibe! Only a few tables and no dedicated parking. Street parking was easy and you can use an app to pay. No bathroom on premises. Delightful bakery!

I like the drinks from Tart. I have come here many times for coffee. Recently I have started to try the food and pastries. I was a bit disappointed by the ham and cheese sandwich. It didn’t look appetizing and it was cold. The server also forgot about my order and I had to remind them. I did like the croissant, though. The space is small and there is no seating.

I was looking forward to the Gingerbread Mini Bundt Cake and the peanut butter cookie.
The Gingerbread Mini Bundt Cake was super dry, disappointing because the flavor was really good and I liked the presentation. I had one bite and I got rid of it
The peanut butter cookie had whole peanuts in it which I don’t really care for but I love peanut butter cookies so I wanted to give it a try – that is to my personal taste, but it was pretty bland overall and that is the reason for the low rating.
My friend sent me a picture of what it is she ordered and she is very happy with her tart.
She ordered the Hazelnut tart and said it was really good.

I tried a latte and the chocolate hazelnut tart here! It was tasty. My friend tried the lemon tart as well but she preferred mine over hers because the chocolate one had a better tasting flavor. The drink was also good and had nice infused flavors.

They offer coffee and tea drinks, fresh baked bread, pastries, pre-made lunch sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, cakes, and cookies. The cupcakes were dense with a very sweet buttercream frosting. Both of my children didn’t like them, and finished less than half. The bread pastries were great. They were very delicate, buttery and crispy. Overall I mostly liked what Tart Baking Co had to offer, but the prices left a bad taste in my mouth. It’s a small business with big prices compared to other bakeries in the area.

I popped in here for a treat on my way back to Springfield after an appointment. I couldn’t have been happier. I had the apple and honey bread pudding and it was incredible. Great texture, wonderful flavor, and so good. Cant wait to swing by again next month.

Frequented bakery over the last few years for pastries and coffee. Had the white chocolate lemon olive oil latte the other day it was one of the best lattes I’ve had. So good. Breads and sweets are good too.

I stopped in while visiting the area. The coffee is wonderful, and the apricot croissant was flaky & sweet without being overwhelming. The store does not have any restroom facilities therefore, no seating, but if you’re adventurous, you can stand at one of the two tables in the window. Fun to people watch. Apparently in the summer they do outside seating on the sidewalk.
