Honestly I’m flabbergasted. The level of quality is shocking for Jimmy Johns, and I’ve been going there since college over 20 years ago. We ordered 4 sandwiches, and not one of them was correct. One of the sandwiches didn’t have meat. A club lulu. Do what you want but this place can go pound sand. We are angry. And when we called they said they could do nothing and would leave a note for the manager. We’d have to call back tomorrow to take care of it. Gotta be kidding. Club along with the others pictured.

Went in last Friday at 6:10. Ordered my 1st sandwich, a slim ham and cheese and the kid behind the counter told me they had no provolone but they could add Parmesan. First off, gross. Second, they 2 are nowhere near the same. So I said “you’re out of provolone?” and he said no but we put it away already bc we close in 45 min…
45 min?!? So anyone that comes in for the next 45 min can either get no cheese on their sandwich or parmesan cheese on their sandwich??
I told him that was disappointing and he said “I guess I could dig some out from the back”
As appetizing as that sounded I took my drinks and left and went next door to Panera for 2 sandwiches. I can’t imagine the money this store loses if the employees put everything away 45 min before closing each day. Won’t go back to this location.

Another chain that has gone down the drain. I did not enjoy my $13 lettuce sandwich. I eventually noticed some meat in there but it wasn’t easy to spot. It’s too bad because Jimmy John’s used to be good when the actually put a decent amount of meat on their sandwiches. I think a lot of these chains just take for granted people will keep coming back based off their name, or maybe habit, and have sacrificed their quality because of it.

I always order here, online, only because it is a quick solution for food when the office has to work through lunch. The delivery is fast and the delivery drivers are typically adequate but they always forget to read any of the extra comments or requests for sauce packets on the side. Just a little more attention to detail and I would change my rating from 3 to 5.
