Very nice little pasta place in a strip mall at the north end of Ocean City. Three kinds of pasta and lots of ways you can mix it with excellent ingredients.
This is, essentially, macaroni and cheese for grownups. The prices are reasonable and the portions are generous.
There are tables here, but it’s mainly a takeout place. We enjoyed our meals, and we have plenty left over for lunch tomorrow.
I recommend this place for a delicious meal at a reasonable price. Those of you who don’t usually patronize little take out places in small strip malls should give Holy Macaroni a try. You’ll thank me if you do.

Absolutely wonderful food with great flavor! I really appreciate that the sauces were flavorful and not bland like you get at so many pasta places. They were rich and the dishes had fantastic texture the whole way through. My kids did a build your own to keep it simple while my wife and I did the Charlie Bravo Romeo and Tried and True. I added BBQ to the CBR and it was a great addition. Staff was awesome as well! Perfect for kids and adults.

We tried this place on a whim based off of the unique name and the reviews online. 100% AWESOME! You definitely have to go if you love mac & cheese! I gave it 4 stars because it is slightly pricey, in my opinion, but super yummy! We will absolutely be back

We absolutely love it here! The food is delicious and unique. My husband said the South Street Mac Melt is the best thing he’s ever tasted. The owner is incredibly nice and personable. He’s always happy and energetic. He is proud of his establishment, as he should be! The last two times we were in he was training new employees. He treated them with encouragement, excitement and patience as they learned. How an employer treats their employees says a lot so I can appreciate a good employer when I see one.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Order was slightly off, ordered meatballs but got bacon instead. Otherwise it was a great meal. Others said the sauce amount was lacking but we did not experience that.

First time eating at Holy Macaroni and definitely will not be the last! I ordered the MD Mac and it was amazing! The perfect amount of everything from the crab meat to the Old Bay crumb seasoning. Highly recommended!!! The general manager was very pleasant to talk to as well! If you are in the area, make it a point to try their Mac and cheese!
