It doesn’t matter how big or small the order is they never get it right. The pizza is made incorrectly, the wings will have the wrong sauce, the order is NEVER complete and 9 times out of 10 is missing items you ordered. I completely know that things happed but every time that I order? There needs to be a change in the management or something to get this store ran better because it is awful.

My wife and I came in for dinner at around 18:35hrs. We were greeted quickly(only thing they have done quickly for us this visit) we tried to order a few things. Was told that those items aren’t available. If they aren’t available why are they on the menu and specials board. When I asked that exact question I was told the manager had the meeting earlier and hadn’t had time to remove the items from the specials board. The male employee in the red shirt with longer hair was tossing things around in the kitchen being loud. As an individual with hearing aids those bangs caused feedback and gave me an instant headache. The other male employee with the facial hair was dismissive and rude in our opinion.

This pizza place in Savannah is terrible this isn’t the first time we have had issues with this place but it will be our last the price gouging they do with there priceing is awful we order pizza with extra marinara got nothing extra we also ordered a 2 liter of soda got a 20 ounce bottle we order extra ranch for our pizza got none I pay the delivery driver as he promised to bring it back and even tipped him and nothing WE NEED LITTLE CEASERS FOR N SAVANNAH

Food was decent but the staff is awful! I watched 3 employees go out and smoke by the front entrance then go back in and immediately handle food without washing their hands. The guy cooking was constantly throwing pizza pans making it extremely loud and unenjoyable.

We waited patiently for 15 minutes for our order to be done and at least 20 minutes later someone finally came up to us and asked us if we ever received our order. We stated no still waiting obviously. So they apologized and said they will remake our food and it will be another 15-20 minutes. I was not too happy about that as well as my brother but on the plus side they did offer us two orders of wings free for future purchase on a coupon which helped cushion the experience but still would not recommend..

I ordered one of our pizzas with extra sauce but it barely had any on it. It also was lacking cheese even though they were both specialty pizzas and usually have more cheese. They were just ok and kind of dry. I did not call to complain but hope they are better next time we order. We stopped ordering for quite some time because the quality was lacking and we were always getting them made wrong

Staff is super friendly and professional. One pizza messed up so they remade it. When that happened they came out to let us know what was going on and apologized for the inconvenience
