The broker will tell you to deliver to this address, as some of the reviews on here say they unload real quickly.
So if this was the case, it’s not too bad to deliver here, so long as they unload quickly.
However, when I arrived here the night before, and finally checked in, in the morning, they gave me another address to deliver to.
Brokers, shippers, and receivers have the upper hand over drivers, and most times take advantage of this, we drivers and small carriers need to hold them accountable, Google reviews it’s not too bad, however, Google does sometimes remove reviews at the request of those being reviewed.
If delivering here, make sure it is here, if delivering to the other location, as they like to take their time to unload you make sure you are charging the Broker the proper rate, to make up for those disrespectful receivers, that steal your time away from your family!

Nice people. Showed up 1:30 early. Check in at door 25 in back for shipping. Receiveing on front of building. One way to the right when you enter. Sweep trailer plenty of room to maneuver. No problems here.

Apparently appointments mean less to these guys. Only one dock for loading and unloading. It’s been idle but am told they have some guys coming for pick up. Am told am next, next, 30 mins, another 30 mins, another 30 mins……. and no semi parking..

Apparently this is first come first serve, regardless if you have an appointment. I arrived at 7:30 a.m. for an 8 appointment, it’s 11 a.m. and I’m still waiting on a door. Dry van seems to get in and out pretty quickly, reefer not so much…UPDATE. Went back to see what the hold up was and was informed they had all gone to lunch and I would ‘just have to wait’.

Before coming over here I was afraid by looking on some reviews about reefer loads that they deal FCFS to them but today I delivered first time here and it just surprised me out as we had 2pm delivery appointment time I checked in at 2:10pm even 10 minutes late than delivery appointment time and got a door at 2:20 and was empty by 2:40pm with paperwork in my hands which was really quick than Costco deliveries.
Would like to come back here again
