Came here with a friend who had a BOGO coupon. This was a first for me and I was pleasantly surprised by the decor and atmosphere as I remember when this was a Starbux.
The order taker was extremely eager to take our order, even after I mentioned I’d never been there and wasnt sure about the menu, making me feel like I was taking too long to order a sammich when I sidnt known what to order.
The sammich, itself, was pretty good … for the most part. I mean, it was good, but the bun had so much bread it was kind of hard to taste the meats, cheese and veggies. In the end, I only at half of it and saved the remainder for the following day. And, after a minute in the microwave, it was much better. Not that anything was different, but rhe cheese was properly melted, the meats were hot and the bun had lost some of it’s thickness.
Would I return? Yes, but not without a coupon as the sammies were far too expensive otherwise.
There is a limited fountain machine and some choices of bottled drinks for everyone.

Came here randomly, and I’m glad I did. Was greeted very nicely and was helped with the menu items and explained everything very well. The wife and I enjoyed our sandwiches very much. I really like how soft the bread was. I would reccomend coming here. I for sure will.

Seriously the best sandwich I’ve had in ages. I got the chicken cheesteak and my husband got the turkey. Poultry was fresh, tasty and not processed. Spice heat was perfect. They had a big selection of veggie options too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Ordered two sandwiches recently and had my wife pick them up. She ordered a hot bobbie and I ordered a cole turkey. When she arrived home, we opened the sandwiches all to notice there was very little turkey inside them. Now typically, I know measurements can vary depending on who’s making the food, but this was an unacceptable amount of turkey. You had to search for the turkey… To put it into perspective, there was more mayo than turkey. I don’t normally give reviews however to spend $30 on two sandwiches and barely receive any of the main ingredient, it pretty ridiculous. Moral of the story, if you eat here, check your sandwiches before you leave.

I came in a few days ago and Ella was my sandwich maker and she was just delightful! Such good service, not to mention my hot bobbie was just made to perfection. I love Capriotti’s and will continue to support this fine establishment!

Capriotti’s is a great sandwich place if you want something fresh and quick. They have a menu with items that are not “basic” like a thanksgiving inspired sandwich, for instance. It is not like Subway where you walk through and tell them what you want, but their selections are fun and tasty! We have tried the chicken chipotle crunch (pictured below) it was good, but I think I was expecting more flavor. The hot bobbie (this is the Thanksgiving inspired one). It’s especially yummy when you are looking for something comforting and homey. We have also tried the Vegetarian Turkey. This one is probably the closest to simple as you can get, but it was good and refreshing. The sandwich sizes were great, offering 5in, 8in, 10in, and 18in. 10 was a good size for me, but if you are looking to get one big one and split it up, definitely get the 18. I LOVE whatever concoction of salt/pepper they put on their tomatoes, and their little dessert treats aren’t bad either! This location had a cute little free sucker section for when you were waiting in line, the atmosphere was fun, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast. Definitely will be back to try some of the other sandwich choices!

Loves to call people to blame door dash but can’t take ownership for the delivery service their organization uses. Aside from those issues, I grew up on the east coast and this franchise is the worst run organization I have ever seen. In getting to know Jaime and Nora Beard through their total bumbling of management for these chains has been disappointing. You use door dash, you own the store, and you own your process of handing off food. Don’t waste my voicemail blaming others for your issues. Also, I never have a problem with Jersey Mike’s. never once. I have had so many problems with these capriottis I know the first and last names of the owners. They also own the local Christian Brothers which is a rip off too.

We have been to the Las Vegas Capriottis several times and this place is just as excellent. My typical go to is the Bobbie (thanksgiving on a bun) the best sandwich I have had, today I had the cheesesteak and it was equally as delicious. I recommend trying the Bobbie can’t go wrong there.

Ordered for pickup online. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband stood there for 30 more minutes. Ordered the wagyu cheesesteak. Got a small mushroom and cheese sandwich (see photos). I’ll order from Jersey Mike’s again. Just wanted to try something new.
The only thing that was good was the bread.
DO NOT GO HERE!

We love Capriotti’s. We have frequented the Highlands ranch one and the Castle Rock One many times. We were excited to try the Parker one but we’re somewhat disappointed in a few things.
1. The portion sizes of their meat here is lackluster. When we go to the Castle Rock/Highlands Ranch location, we get a massive overflowing sandwich. My sandwich had hardly any meat on it. This is the second time we’ve been here since it opened and it was the same way both times.
2. They gave us the Styrofoam small cups for their drinks even though their capriotti’s cups were right there. They charged us for the same amount that we would get for their larger cups.
We know they’re still working out some kinks, but considering the cost of the meal…..It was not worth our money this time. Hopefully, they make some changes so we can try again to come to this store. Otherwise we will continue to go to Castle Rock or Highlands Ranch.
