At first I thought this was a bar and grille but was pleasantly surprised. American fresh food that was very flavorful! I had the Beet Salad and the blend of flavors were perfect! They have a lot of vegan and gluten free choices and you can add a protein, (I added chicken to my salad) if you prefer. Would definitely go back and the service was very responsive and friendly.

We had a great time at Roots95. Server was attentive and helpful, without being hovering or pushy. Food and drinks came out quickly and were delicious. Restaurant was clean and inviting. We were really glad to discover this place and we’ll definitely return soon!

The atmosphere is a little cramped for our liking. We had a 2-top on the “booth” side and felt like we had no elbow room between the wall and the neighboring 4-top next to us. our server had no room to stand next our table and instead had to stand awkwardly behind my fiancé and lean over his shoulder basically to talk to us and deliver food. She was great personality wise, but could have kept us topped-up on refills and clearing our table a little more frequently.

Other than that, my fiancé (never satisfied with his burger size/flavor/ and often complains about soggy burgers from restaurants) said that his Wagyu burger was the best burger he’s had a restaurant that he can remember, so we appreciate that! (He also loved the fries!) The Bang Bang shrimp is a must-have if we ever make it back! I ordered the Red Snapper but wasn’t super impressed, unfortunately. I didn’t get any resemblance of coconut in the dish and the snapper was a little to tough to chew to enjoy it. My fiance loved my mashed potatoes, but I thought they were kind of dull. My asparagus was cooked well …

We’d come back if we’re in the area, but I’ll try another dish next next time .. probably the fish or shrimp tacos now that I know how tasty the shrimp tempura is.

Overall, definitely would recommend to others and might be back in the future 🙂

Make reservations. We started with cocktails and were pleased with flavors, but alcohol was light. Korean short ribs and spinach and artichoke potstickers were excellent. Loved the roasted pear and blue cheese flatbread, but was light on blue cheese. Hangar steak was very flavorful and you can’t go wrong with the parmesan fries. Needed salt and pepper at the table. Staff was average but had issues with the Toast platform. Will return.

So good. We love it for upscale casual lunch and a wonderful dinner. Tonight my wife and daughter ate there. They had the chicken dumplings, carbonara pasta, and the fried chicken salad. They said it was amazing. Best part? They brought me home a Waygu burger with Parmesan fries. So good!!! Check it out.

We came here on a Saturday night around 5. We were greeted at the door and asked if we had a reservation. We did not, but we were allowed to sit at the bar. Please consider making a reservation before coming here for dinner.

We were given a dinner and lunch menu (I’m sure the lunch menu was an accident), and a wine list. I had to ask for the full drink menu (again, I think this was an accident as our waitress was surprised they had a booklet that only had their wine listed).

We decided to go with a couple drinks to start. I got something with tequila and dragon fruit (3/5 – I thought it would be sweeter but was very heavy on the tequila flavor) and my husband got something with bourbon and lime (5/5 – this was absolutely delicious and I don’t normally like bourbon).

We skipped appetizers and went straight to dinner. I got the scallops and they were 5/5 delicious! My only gripe was, though this is a higher end restaurant, over $30 for 3 scallops, mashed potatoes and mushrooms/spinach is on the expensive side.

My husband got steak which he said was also 5/5 delicious. The fresh herb butter was his favorite part of it.

The service was very attentive and we overall really enjoyed our evening!

The food is chef driven – fresh and well Prepared, served with pleasing presentation.
We started out with specialty cocktails . The pink lady was very unique with its rock candy stick. The Old-fashioned had a distinctly cinnamon flavor, delicious. We ordered the small plate chicken dumplings, which were especially delicious due to the tangy and spicy sauce with nice flavors. Best of the food offerings for me!
The beet salad had a very sweet dressing , with a some diced beets, lots of caramelized pecans and a very lovely soft cheese. My husband and I shared the salad. For entrees: the mango shrimp tacos were delicious – the green salsa very spicy. The root pie was unique with red sauce and chipotle flavors.
The restaurant space was not as cool as it needs to be to enjoy dining. The air conditioning couldn’t do the job it needed to do and it was about 80° inside.
Our server visited our table frequently, but we had to ask for completed dishes /plates to be taken away and also ask for water refills.
Reservations are recommended. Specify the table that you want -I think the north side of the seating area is more pleasant than the southside.
The bar is ample. Visit here during the week for a happy hour from 4 to 6 pm. On Wednesdays enjoy Half Price bottle of wine.

Service is always great. Ladies night on Thursdays and Happy Hour are favorites of mine. Their cocktails are 10/10. When it comes to food, it’s good but a bit pricey for the quality in my opinion. Still worth the visit and revisit!

What a great find. This restaurant opened in February 2024 and I thought we’d give it a whirl. Their website suggests making a reservation, so we did but it seemed to have open seating regardless. It was however; FREEZING and I don’t mean a little cold, my husband was cold too. We ordered the chicken dumplings and both got the carbonara and a side salad with yet another orange Parmesan dressing. Everything was amazing but it was all served at once instead of in courses. The wait staff was amazing. The restroom was clean and in good working order. Parking was plentiful and free. We would definitely return.
