I give this a 3 here’s why
– we got a Luo Burger
– Burger combo (with no bun, one of us is gluten free) which comes with fries and a drink

Let’s can the no bun version the “gluten free burger”. The GF burger was just a patty with chopped onions. Nothing else. A lot to be desired and it was just soggy, which is unfortunate because the reviews are solid
My Luo burger bun was flat, soggy and smushed. I understand smash burger concept but if you look at the restaurant photos vs mine, there’s a huge difference.
I don’t want to kick yall back in, as we were excited to try out this note spot, but even the fries were soggy and lacked any crispness or flavor.
Also, yall DIDNT give me the bev that comes with the combo.
I hate to complain or give a negative review it’s just too compelling to not say something. You get a 3 because we’re hungry and we paid for it and the wings were aight

SO GOOD! I’ve ordered pick up three times now and it’s been consistently great. I always get the double smash burger with fries. The burger had crispy edges, was cheesy, and saucy. Bun held up nicely too. The crinkle cut fries have been crispy and hot. The person who prepares the food poked holes in the container to let the steam out so the fries didn’t get soggy. A thoughtful touch. I’ll be back.

I’m somewhat of a chicken sandwich connoisseur so I was excited that a new spot was opening in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their chicken sandwich. It was super bland and way overpriced at $13 and change. I will never order this again because it’s paying nearly restaraunt prices for a sandwich that’s sub fast-food level. If I’m in the area and want a chicken sandwich, Edie Jos offers a great chicken sandwich for a few dollars more, and then Popeyes and Wendy’s are nearby for a chicken sandwich that’s both cheaper and tastier. It was cool they had a big tv showing basketball and service was great, but the food was not good

My husband and I were skeptical but all of that went out the window once we entered the neighborhoods new FAVORITE spot, Luo’s burger! We were greeted when we entered and sparked up great conversation with one of the owners. We ordered 2 Luo’s burgers with a side of Luo’s loaded fries. The portions were favorable & the food was “banging”!!! The burgers were juicy and those fries were a meal in itself, definitely worth EVERY DIME!!! The experience was pleasurable. We’ll be back soon and hope to see YOU there.
P.S. There are no photos because once we started eating we just didn’t stop. Next time… I promise!!!

Really enjoyed Luo’s Burgers! Solid smash burger, fries were crispy and tasty, impossible burger was great too. Really reasonably priced as well. Will choose over delivered shake shack in the future.

I’m officially your biggest fan! I’ve tried Lou’s burgers and the fried rice with grilled chicken, and the fried rice is truly exceptional! The freshness of the ingredients and the tender chicken make it a standout! ✨
The French fries are good but could use a bit of improvement. I’d rate them an 8 out of 10. I usually prefer to eat clean, but they can definitely be better!

The place is great. Good service, food came out quickly and nice atmosphere. We ordered smash burgers, fries and shakes and everything was excellent. My ten year old was a particular fan of the burger sauce. Welcome to the neighborhood and We’ll be back soon.

The food is OKAY, the bacon is a bit RAW for my liking. It needs to be cooked more, also there’s a young man behind the counter that has a very passive aggressive attitude. When I told him my order was messed up the last time and I was scared to order. He told me “ well that’s on you, if you wanna order or not “. He was not accommodating and didnt even care to ask what happened during my last visit. Also the burger buns are very sloppy/ smushed looking. The appearance of the food needs work and the fries are very BLAND. Needa seasoning or salt or something

The burgers have great potential. It’s just a little bland and greasy. If they season the patties a little more and toast the buns so it’s the soggy and greasy it would be great. The sauce and onion ratio on the burgers is too much. And the fries lack salt. But the customer service is good
