This is a small place near St Gertrude’s Monastery so after the tour we stopped for lunch. We had a nice salad and excellent wings and burger….but you can’t review this place without talking about Linda the owner. She is a hoot and provides great service. Don’t miss it.

What a treat to eat here. The people are so friendly and fun and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere, cozy and comfortable. These old time places have been lost with the growth of cities, so if you miss the old country hospitality this place is well worth the drive.

Linda, who runs the place, was fantastic, the food was fantastic, and everyone there including the other customers were very friendly. If you’re in the area, stop by for some great, home-made comfort food with friends you don’t know yet. It’s worth a little bit of driving off the beaten path, so head out there now!
