Put in an online order at 8pm when they close at 9pm. The online order tracker went through the steps of received, building, and ready over 20 minutes. So I go there at 8:20 and the open sign is off. I try to open the door to get my stuff and the worker is sweeping and trying to tell me through the door that they are closed. I show her my order through the glass door and she didn’t care. It was 8:20pm, online it says they close at 9pm and the paper on the door that shows their hours was flipped and bent so you couldn’t read that it said 9pm without looking closely. Sucks because I just moved to the area and enjoy Subway. Shady place. Just avoid this location.

Vandana & Adi are always so nice! Every time I walk in the door they greet me with a smile. And I leave with a smile on my face even when my work day has not been the best. I would like to say thank you for making me feel welcomed and the great salad for lunch!

I went into the Schrock Rd. Subway this afternoon. The owners were there and were very kind and friendly. I thought it was the cleanest one I have been in. I would highly recommend it and told my husband that from now on, this is the only one we should go to in the area. The wife suggest a fabulous veggie sub. I think it is now my favorite sub!! I brought the meatball sub home for my husband and he said it always satisfies. He claimed the sauce was perfect!!

So, again, Google has suggested that I update a review. Basically, the place is the same. 2 ladies working, both polite and friendly, but seemed somewhat concerned when there were 4 people in line. Ladies, I promise, I can wait 6 minutes; it’s not a big deal until you make it one, I understand how lines work. Anyways, I got my sandwich and I was in and out within 10 minutes. (Original review follows)
Honestly, it was good… I knew what I was getting myself into, but it was a better experience than I expected.
The place is fairly well-kept, but not exactly sparkling clean, either.

I have no qualms with subway or really the people working there. However, that was the strangest fast food experience of my life. First, the lady working insisted that the man in front of me pay for our meals together (I did not know this man and there was no reason he would pay for my meal). Next, I watched multiple people in front of me pay with card and then once it was my turn, the lady insisted that I HAD to pay with cash. Unfortunately, I was 45 cents short. After explaining that I could either pay with card or pay the majority of my meal with cash and the remainder with card, the lady looked frustrated and told me to “just take it.”

We stopped in around 11 for lunch. The inside was dirty. The sandwich artists were nice, but they were out of the type of bread we wanted, the toaster didn’t work, and we were given yesterday’s meatballs until they ran out of those and couldn’t finish the sandwich. Our sandwiches were not good.

Don’t take this review the wrong way. The food is always good and fresh. However, the older woman who works there past 2 p.m. is rude. I thought the first time I came I just caught her on a bad day. However this is now routine. Upon walking in she sighs deeply and rolls her eyes as if you are an inconvenience to her. She then continues sighing and looks angry that you even came. Part of the take out food experience is feeling welcome. If you are not customer experience friendly then why continue in the job? I do not feel welcome here and this will be my last visit.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat on 8/8 around 4pm. It must have been shift change. Anyways, there were 2 women working. One lady made us the best subs we have had in awhile. The lady who was supposed to be getting off decided to stay and help her fellow employee. Just thought how wonderful, making sure she was set up for the night before running off.

This subway is such a scam, if you bring in a coupon they will only let you use it for a few subs even if the coupon says any sub. They are very rude and refuse to give any type of discount.

If you just absolutely have to have a Subway sandwich go for it. Otherwise I think you would have a better dinning experience someplace else…just about any place else! My sandwich was typical …I like Subway sandwiches and there is no complaint here. However the restaurant was a shambles with boxes of supplies sitting about and the dining area cluttered and messy. Drink counter needed attention: some drink selections not working, lids picked over and strewn about, overall very unappealing. Neither sandwich artists did anything to make things better. Building in general dingy and neglected. If you choose to eat here hope your experience is better than mine.
