I went over this morning to get an ice coffee. My order is simple I say it clearly. I asked for a large ice coffee with 6 shots of vanilla, 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. When I get my coffee after waiting 10 minutes just to order, I get half way home and realized my coffee says: 2 extra swirl, 6 vanilla shots, 6 cream and 6 GRANULATED sugars. Two of these I didn’t ask for. Plus why would you put granulated sugar in ice coffee? I hope in the future y’all can listen to the customers better and put what they ask for in their coffee.

I buy 4 to 5 coffee and day from this dunkin doughnuts. At 3am in the morning I was working from the Dunkin Doughnuts parking lot when your employee excused me of being on drugs or needing medical help because he did not want me useing the free wifi service that was explained to me is for any paying customer who needs to use the free wifi. When I asked the employee why he was so rude to me the response I received was im going to call the police on you….I said your welcome to call the police because everywhere I go the police are called on me from 1 to 6 times a day allmost 7 days a week! I believe this is abuse of power and a very bad way to treat your customers who not only has dunkin app but spends alot of money at dunkin. Now if this male employee will speak to me in such a manner just imagine how the employee would speak to your customers. Dunkin doughnuts you need to do better. And stop calling the police on your customers!!

This was THE filthiest Dunks I’ve ever been to. Flies everywhere. I counted 6 flying around (and landing) on the donuts. They were on the counter. They were on the ledge of the display case. Everything was sticky. I accidentally touched the counter and it was so sticky. Looked like nothing had been cleaned anywhere in the building. The kids were nice but the boy was grubby looking and neither were in any type of uniform or wearing anything identifying they worked there. I intended to order food but I wasn’t going to eat anything from there. Got our coffees and left. It was really disgusting and gross. I close my eyes and all I see are flies. That many flies means you have a lot of maggots in that place.

I have gone here a handful of times, but the past 2 times they aren’t making food 1.5 hours before the closing time, only drinks. I came to the window, I couldn’t understand what the person was saying and instead they mumbled while yelling to take my order. They then tell me they aren’t making food anymore, so I ordered a drink. I got a large and they gave me 1/2 to 2/3 filled drink, said goodbye and didn’t give me a straw. I asked for a straw, and they gave me a very small straw for my large drink. That’s it. The customer service sucks. I’m NOT going here again after multiple poor customer service experiences and employees with no basic common sense.

I waited way too long for a sausage egg muffin because you stated out loud you forgot to fulfill a DoorDash order so when they arrived you put everyone else’s food aside to make theirs. Unacceptable. DO BETTER!

Never a problem, FYI going in the store is usually not a option but the drive thru is always open. Actually one time I got up to the window and realized I forgot my wallet and the person just gave it to me so that was huge and it was only for a couple donuts but still that just doesn’t usually happen, so they are okay in my book. Thanks again to the worker that took care of me that morning I appreciate you.

Went through drive thru and started ordering, I was then told they are not serving food today because they are the only ones working. Are you kidding me? I drove around to see two female staff behind the counter along with some guy (not in uniform) socializing. They seemed annoyed that I did that as the guy came out yelling something at me on his way to his pick up truck. I drove away and called corporate.
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and honestly the last even though it’s closer. These people should be fired as they are representing the franchise owners and Dunkin.
From what I hear this has been going on for a while so I’m guessing ownership could care less.

Better than most I’ve been to. Fast, friendly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is when I went inside, there were several piles of dirt swept into piles, but not picked up which I believe should have been done right away.

The drive thru line was long but went pretty fast. My group and I needed to use the bathroom after a long ride up so we went inside. The dining room was empty but we waited at least 3 minutes before we were approached, greeted and offered help. Other patrons came in which made social distancing difficult. The food was fine but all the waiting made it less enjoyable.
