4 stars because what I ordered is really good. Don’t know about the food or snacks as I only go in for ice cream. It is over priced but idk where else to go to get what I ordered.
Service was quick but I asked for my icecream very specific and got the upsell talk all the way through it. Very annoying. It’s already expensive and don’t like the unnecessary extras.
Cost of my ice-cream was 8 something with taxes so 9 dollars.
Order what I got, lime icecream, it’s sweet and sour not really spice but the slight flavor is there, quite acidic but it’s good. Just show them the picture I included,
no candy straw, or fresh fruit or vinegar. Or you’re looking at $11+ for a medium ice-cream cup.
On a hot day or every so often. It’s not bad. Use their point reward system you register a phone number and get freebies based on your point accumulation.
If you’re browsing ask for prices.

I always used to go to this michoacana cause it was fresh and good even though it’s a far drive but today was a disappointment I order a elote cn todo to start the elote wasn’t fresh at all it looks and taste like it’s been reheated and second of all there was no mayonnaise what so ever now I k ow why the coworkers where lookin at each-other as they were making my order I call to get a refund willing to bring back the corn n they hung up on me stating they can’t give me a refund all they can do is prep me another one what make you think I would like another one of what was bad I. SLOW SLOW SLOW service, , iceceeam is good but they are so slow, i had to wait 15 min before i order. DURING busy times they need to pick up the pace but they dont, instead they looked so worry less. COME ON LADIES. dont you want to earn a tip.

To anyone that is planing to go around 9pm don’t waste your time because the lazy lady’s are too tired to keep working even tho they close at 10pm they don’t care that there’s still an hour left to close they decide what time to close. And not to mention that they get mad if you tell them something or report them.

Loved the icecream a ton! I got mango and my boyfriend got pecan. Both were amazing
Only thing i would recomend is the place should have a better ordering and checkout system going. They have plenty of employees but the way they operated made the process slow and the line very long.

I came at 9:05 pm on 1/10/23 the store was closed (It says 10 pm on google maps) but they let me in and served me. Angela was very patient and did a GREAT job. Fair prices & great quality food. Every La Michoacana I go to I get excellent customer service.

I had the worst experience with this place today. I have been going to this location well over a year now and I’ve never had a problem until now. I should’ve got the girl name that served me but she claimed that she was a manager. First of all if that’s a manager giving that type of Service when a customer is not happy with the product they received, I would not want to see how the staff would behave. Shame on whoever made her a manager!!!!!
