My husband and I got the filet mignon pho and the quality wasn’t there for the price. The meat was chewy and tough to eat. We both thought the broth was good though it was little on the sweet side. They didn’t serve basil with the side of veggies which I’ve never experienced before. We ordered fried egg rolls and the insides were mushy and they smelled off. One bite and we pushed them away. My son had white rice with a side of chicken, and our total (with waters and no other drinks) was around $60. Would expect better quality for the price. Won’t be back.

Food is overpriced. Atmosphere is bright and open for a small place.
Presentation of food is good.
Taste not so much. Bland, meat (pork, shrimp) dried, and tough. sauces watered down.
Was disappointed

Service was slow and food was not good. I ordered red curry chicken and this was very bland and flavorless. For the price of the dish, I had a few pieces of broccoli, carrots, potatoes, and chicken only. The rest was broth. I also found a piece of short blonde hair floating in my soup right after opening the container. So disappointing. Will not order from here again and would not recommend to any friend or family.

It’s not my favorite vietnamese place but Gastonia doesn’t have many to pick from. It’s good enough with surprises like the crunchy strip in the summer rolls and instead of boiled pork slices there’s bbq pork. Nice place to meet your friend and chill though.

I ordered the chicken and fried rice and it honestly just tasted bad. The chicken was very dry and both the chicken and rice were extremely bland. I couldn’t eat it, when I asked for a refund she rudely told me no. Mind you I spent $25. 0/10 would not recommend

Wow, I’m actually surprised by the other reviews saying portions were small and over priced – not my experience at all.
I ordered on door dash a large pho ($1.50 up charge) and tofu spring rolls which totaled $28 with tip. I thought price was fair considering it was delivered. I was shocked by the great quality of food and HUGE portions I received. I had almost an entire takeout container of noodles and well packaged toppings I could add as I please to the broth. Everything was very hot still upon delivery. It was enough food to last me two meals!!! For takeout, I was very impressed. I will definitely be ordering again. My only feedback is I wish there was more tofu in the pho. Lack of protein seems to be a consistent theme among reviews. Hopefully the restaurant takes the feedback and makes some upgrades.

New customer that Came here to grab some lunch before work. I was at an establishment a door over and was on a time crunch. I though Hey, why not try a new spot.
Food- I ordered the combination plate with shrimp and chicken. It also came with an egg roll/spring roll. I paid $21.00 dollars for white rice, 3 baby shrimp, and chicken that looked and smelled old(I immediatelythrew it out). The Egg/Spring roll was very tasty as well as the clear sauce. Oh yea, they did add ONE cilantro leaf.
Customer service- No one spoke, not anything. The young guy behind the counter was friendly when I let him know it was my first time there. Other than that brief interaction, I was ignored. No thankyou, Nothing.
Building- Nice and clean in the dining area and great videos playing.
Will NOT visit again!

My boyfriend and I come here often and the service and quality is never consistent. The boba tastes amazing but is either way overfilled with ice, half filled, scarce on the boba pearls, or our boba is hard. Our spring rolls today had a little bite of chicken at the top and bottom of our spring rolls and none throughout. The last time we got chicken and shrimp spring rolls, there was a bite of chicken and a half a shrimp in each. We’ve spent so much money here and are frustrated that we have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over and each time we return we feel a little more scammed. We will not be eating here anymore and if you don’t have the money to be wasting, we suggest you don’t eat here either.

Gave incorrect food. Refused to exchange or refund. Blatantly lied. I told them the food I received and the description on menu shared no similarities. They said it was what was on the menu. I know it’s Gastonia, but do better. Not exactly a sanitary environment either

Food was ok. It was $30 for pho with bone broth and 2 spring rolls. It’s a hole in the wall charging BIG prices. I probably won’t go back because it said my order was ready. However, when I got there, only two people there and they were limited on their English and it was just hard to communicate. My order was NOT ready. I had paid for extra bean sprouts in my Shrimp Tolls and Pho. I paid for extra hoisin and chili paste. It was like pulling teeth dealing with the them.
The Pho was not seasoned enough but I DID enjoy the spring rolls. If you’re in the area, and you try them, please let me know your thoughts.
