This place was really good! The sizes are bigger than you’d first expect (I got a small), but it’s not too heavy since it’s mostly ice. They have a bunch of flavors, my favorite is the polar affogato. My only gripe is that the building itself was pretty warm, but the shaved ice cools you down when you eat it. All in all, I plan on going again!

We thought at first we are getting just a typical shaved ice but when our order came it exceeded our expectations! Serving is also huge! The ice is so fine like a snow! Also service is welcoming and friendly! Ambiance is relaxing. We enjoyed our visit but i think the pricing is little high.

Pretty good Italian Ice.
The place is pretty nice and clean.
The parking is located in the back of the building. There is a door that gives you access to the establishment from the back. We did not see any signage for that back door, so we just walked around the building to the front entrance. It was a nice day, so I did not mind going around.
Accessibility is moderate. They have handicap parking, but the front and back door are not automatic. The back door had a little bit of a bump where my wheelchair got caught on and I needed help to pass it. They have barstool seating and 2 tables. The table was comfortable for me to use in my wheelchair.
Service was great. The lady explained the diferent products available and gave us recommendations.
In overall, if you enjoy Italian Ice, you would love this place. ☺️

Wonderful dessert. We had the sampler because the selection was so large we couldn’t decide. It’s such a unique dessert experience. Lori sat and told us about the name and history. Wonderful experience.

It’s a 5 stars for the customer service! For the unique desert, for the presentation. Also for the new addition to Apopka. It’s a pleasure to get new options in town.
My recommendation is get the mini one to try – you will get to enjoy the flavors and it will not feel so much of the same thing.
Because, let’s be honest, its not ice cream – if you go thinking in ice cream you could feel a little let down. But as a novelty is super awesome. And it taste good! Will surely go back with the kids (they loved it also!)

This is such an amazing little gem in Apopka! Shaved ice that tastes as delicious as it looks. And the service is always top notch! They have a great menu of scrumptious combinations, or you can create your own combo from their wide selection of snows, sauces and toppings. We can never decide, so we always buy the sampler where you can choose 4 different ones. So good!

It was a cute dessert place that was kinda hard to find. There was an awkward silence when we walked in due to the staff not acknowledging us even though we were the only customers at the moment. I thought they were closed and was going to leave then the male staff told us they ran out most of the flavors and some indefinitely. I’m giving 3 stars for the female staff’s friendliness and she offered our dog whipped cream. Other than that, it wasn’t a pleasant experience after we were left there with the male staff. As if he didn’t want us there the entire time.

This place is amazing! It deserves all the good reviews it has. The texture of the ice is wonderful and creamy. There is an abundance of flavor options, so something for everyone. It tasted decadent but doesn’t feel heavy in your stomach, a perfect dessert! We will absolutely be back.
Pro tip- they have a back door (right off the parking lot) so you don’t hav to walk to the front of the storefront to enter.
