This restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and our server, Dielle, was truly remarkable. She was attentive, professional, and ensured that my husband and I had everything we needed throughout our visit. I would also like to thank the entire team working this evening for helping make my birthday celebration so special. We are very grateful and look forward to returning.

I have been to this location many times and have always enjoyed the food. The menu items are well crafted and give you a real taste of New Orleans in Atlanta. I recommend ordering the Category 5 Hurricane which is tasty and packs a punch. My only complaint is that the restaurant is on the expensive side for what you get.

I had the crawfish and a chocolate cake for dessert. The main course didn’t look like anything special but tasted like authentic home cooked food, with rich and satisfying flavours. Even the tomato ketchup was great! For dessert, the portion of chocolate cake was huge. It was my favourite meal on my Atlanta trip. There was also live music, though I had to leave early, so didn’t get a chance to experience it.

I had the jambalaya which was protein packed, flavorful with the right amount of heat (subtle but there). Service was very helpful but a little slow due to how busy she was. There was live music which I found quite enjoyable.

There was a bit of a wait for most to be seated, but since i was by myself I was able to get immediate seating at the bar.

I really enjoyed this place the food was great the service was very good as well. We had a great time. I will say to me it was a bit overpriced and there were some discrepancies between what was on the menu price and what I was charged I didn’t address it because I was in a hurry but they have the chicken meals listed for $19.99 but they charged me $24.99 for some reason anyway aside from that the service was great and I feel like the drinks are a bit expensive and I think it’s kind of lame for them to charge so much but then they don’t even give you like any bread or anything when you arrive to wait to order most places at least give you bread. They seem to charge for every little thing not too fond of that. But I will say the food was very tasty very flavorful and I would at least consider going back. The only reason I wouldn’t would be because of the prices I had a chicken meal and one alcoholic drink and water and it was $52. To me that’s too much.

Hello! I’m very disappointed in my experience last night. So much we left after not being served. I made a 7pm reservation. We arrived around 6:45 pm. After arriving we were greeted by the bartender with a “hello”.
After that we waited for 2 minutes for the host to arrive to the front. After that, she went away, and came back to seat us. The restaurant had a couple at the bar and a couple in the dining room. The restaurant was empty as far as I saw. We were sat and we began other look over the menu. We then realized no one came to greet the table. We began to look at the different servers that walked through the dining area. Even the bartender walked through the dining area a couple of times. Around 5 minutes of waiting after that me and my guy decided to leave because no one gave attention to us. We didn’t want the rest of the night to be difficult. It set the tone for the night. We were so excited to give this location a try – as we’ve been to different Louisiana Bistreaux around Atlanta. His birthday was yesterday and I was so excited to strategically plan this for him since he’s from New Orleans and he was excited to eat the redfish and oysters. The place was too “dead” for us to be waiting like that. As a server for many years, I not very critical of service because I know what goes on behind the scenes. But very very disappointed. We end up going to Buffalo Wild Wings – which was packed and got greeted in better time than Louisiana Bistreaux.

We visited here on Friday night and sat on the patio. We ordered a half dozen oysters, Gator Bites, crab cake for appetizers, Cesar salad, Cajun jambalaya and shrimp etiuffee. Food was average overall. Oysters were small and jambalaya had too much spices to my likings. Beignets were delicious and great with coffee. Red velvet cheesecake was rich and very sweet and didn’t taste like cheesecake much.
Service was slow and we had to wait for a while for a server to attend us and had to ask multiple times to get sharing plates and forks.
They validate parking but the parking validation ticket that they gave us didn’t work and we had to pay parking out of pocket.
Overall it was just an okay experience.

We recently visited Louisiana Bistreaux for brunch and had a great experience. We started with the Lump Crab Cake appetizer, which was fresh and flavorful. For the main course, the Cajun Jambalaya was a standout—it had just the right amount of spice, which we really appreciated. We also tried the fried shrimp, which were crispy and well-seasoned, and the spinach side, which was pretty good.

The service was friendly and attentive, and the live performance during brunch added a fun and lively atmosphere to our meal.

To top it all off, we shared the Carrot Cake Cheesecake for dessert, and it was absolutely amazing—rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced.

It’s definitely a spot worth revisiting!

This place was okay . Our Server Dielle (Elle for short) is really what made all the difference for us last night .

Service :
She was very attentive and extremely funny thoughout the whole night . The band was very loud and she took her time to make sure we understood what we were paying for . Elle made conversation with us and told us although she is a college student , she puts a lot of effort into working and loves her job. That spoke volumes to me as I am a college professor. When our food came out there were chunks of shell in our gumbo. Elle took it back and immediately came back with another despite having about 15 other people to take care of. I didn’t see much of anyone else besides the bartender so I assumed she was running the place ! She even had us up and dancing to the jazz band ! Props to her , we will definitely be back just for our girl Elle !! If she’s not running the place now , with her work ethic she will be soon !

Food :
The food was pretty good. A major hiccup was just the shell in the gumbo . Our server recommended the salmon, based off a short quiz, she asked me. And boy, Was she spot on !
I loved the salmon! And they even topped it off with some crawfish! Even visiting Louisiana , that is not something I have seen before.

Atmosphere:
The band was phenomenal! The lead singer came over to our table and also made conversation with us. He was very sweet. Besides the music being just a tad bit too loud, everything was spot on when it came to ambience.
