We prefer to get it to go. The service is great. Super friendly and helpful to explain the menu. Love all the options. Burgers, chickens, fish and salads. Huge portions. They have a app menufy i think its called. And doordash delivers it i believe. The inside seems clean but also covered with a film of grease if that makes sense? Prices are decent. Its very delicious.Drinks were very small when was there. Not sure if was a regular thing. Will continue going many times

If you haven’t tried this place. You should very good fish as well as shrimp. Love their sweet tea Many menu items . I gave it a 3 for atmosphere only because it’s extremely cold in here its winter . No music so definitely can hear everything.

Authentic southern style food! They have ALL of the options for po’ boys. They have a great Philly cheesesteak and a chicken Philly cheesesteak to boot. They have some of the best crab cakes I’ve had in my entire life, and they serve it with a delicious remoulade. Their fried okra is also fantastic. The service and hospitality was great too. A new regular spot for our office.

Food was good. Shrimp were huge and the fish was nicely done though a touch on the undercooked side. Very little taste from the shrimp due to the amount of breading on it but it was filling. Wife really liked the potato salad.

Was in a hurry to get something quick so we could get to the race track. Had some friends with me, and we saw an empty parking lot and good reviews on Google, so I stopped in. There were sloppy handwritten signs on the trash cans and doors. The signs on the trash cans tell you not to use them. They did have one trash can open. Next to it was a sign written out telling customers to not throw away the basket your food comes in. The door was a sign telling us to use the other door. As a manager of a retail store, I find it extremely tacky to see a handwritten sign, and to have multiple is even worse. The food was not great at all. Chicken had an odd smell. No one liked the food, and the price was outrageous. The employees were polite, though, and the service was good.

This was my first time trying the restraunt. My first impression was great, the nicest girl named Savannah waited on us and was extremely helpful. Considering I asked her question after question about the food she was so nice and didn’t seem annoyed in the least bit. She is a great asset to this company! That girl knows her stuff and has a great personality! She brought our food out to us promptly and made sure everything was correct. The food was really good. Philly cheesesteak was great and the burger was nice and juicy but not greasy. Just right! I definitely will be back because it is so hard these days to find any employees with a personality and even harder to find someone who will work hard, if even at all!! Hopefully the owners will take good care of her and treat her well because she is worth it. If not I would love to have a worker like her at one of my stores!!

I would have given them 5 stars if it had been good the last 2x I was there. A month or more between times. I love their catfish, crab cakes but the food tastes old or like they don’t change their fryers e nough. The last 2x my fish was overdone. They also need to improve and incorporate some changes on sides! Every time we get a good place this is what happens. There evidently aren’t any good cooks in Owensboro anymore. It’s extremely high, and especially for someone who is elderly.
