Ordered over the phone since delivery usually takes longer. When I arrived the lady was really friendly, assisting a family that was sitting, but while walking back and forth being able to get my number to check my order.
Though someone came in and cut in line, but the lady was nice enough to say sorry about the cutting lady.
The man got my order bagged up and ready right after I got there, so it’s not like it was sitting in the bags for too long, which was nice since food gets soggy when it’s sitting in the bags for too long.
Service was great, food tastes great. We come here often enough for that pho fix. Can’t comment on the prices since we basically only come here. Though I’m assuming its reasonable.

This is a cute place to visit with delicious food! I love banh mi, and this was hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. I enjoyed everything. I came with my dad, my 3 little girls and my husband. They were very welcoming of our family, and had high chairs for the girls. We got them the wonton noodle soup and extra bowls were provided for them.

The pho was okay, but the broth didn’t have much flavor and the meat quality wasn’t great. It also felt a bit overpriced for what you get. The older lady sat and stared at us the whole time, which made the experience kind of uncomfortable. Probably won’t be returning. There are way better pho restaurants that are more reasonably priced.

Two meals in one, for me. Everything was very delicious. The pork is thinly sliced, the egg roll comes out piping hot, and the fixings for the pho and vermicelli were fresh. They started closing up promptly at 8:50 and I don’t blame them! When we entered at 8:10 pm they still had at least 4-5 tables finishing up. Great work to the women running that shop.

I had the large bowl of Tai Pho with summer rolls. They were both very good but not great. The Tai is sliced rare beef with rice noodles. They included basil and bean sprouts but we’re missing the fresh sliced green chili peppers that normally come as a side of pho. They also gave lemon instead of lime which normally accompanies the soup. The Summer roll was also tasty, the lettuce was very fresh and crispy. The service was also fast. The prices were reasonable.

Came in for lunch. My partner got the pho. I got the cold noodles with bbq pork and egg roll. The noodle I thought was a little bit undone, the dressing I would say is a little underseasoned, not fishy/ flavor enough. The bbq pork were thinly slice and barely charred, I was thinking of a meatier meat and char grilled with flavor. The egg rolls were good tho. I forgot to hear the feed back from my partner. The service is good. The parking is a bit small and already full in the front. My opinion: So I’m thinking all the employees park in the front while all the customers park in the lot beside because there weren’t much customers in either of the stores.

12/28/2021 My Kapolei pal had a get together at her home and asked what food I wanted. I loved the cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu I had last time and since I’m a creature of habit, I picked the same thing this time. She ordered a few orders of Beef Pho, BBQ Chicken Banh Mi, cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu, and Spring Rolls for everyone to eat family style but because I love the cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu so much, I ordered a plate all for myself. Oh, I did try some of the BBQ Chicken Banh Mi. Delicious! Oink oink!

When I eat Vietnamese food, I usually order cold Vermicelli with BBQ pork chop and Spring Rolls. However, she was raving about Pho H&H’s cold Vermicelli with Lemongrass Tofu. Since I love tofu, I changed my mind and decided to order what she recommended. Oh wow!! It was so flavorful and like nothing I had ever had before. The tofu had a great texture and flavor. The veggies that it was served with were very fresh and crunchy. I love, love this plate!! I wish that they had a location closer to me so I could eat this all the time. It’s amazing!
