Disappointed. Had the lunch special offered two cookies. Never got them. Men room was dirty.actually gross. Nice staff. They tried hard but were very busy. Napkins ? Never got them went up and asked. Got two paper thin brown wipers.

I was the only person in line the girl that was working the counter was scatterbrained completely unprofessional I asked to make sure all of the toppings were pushed into the sandwich and she proceeds to use her hands to smush the sandwich and then she goes to tell me that that’s what she does all the time that is what the knife is for. Should not take 20 minutes to make two sandwiches. Luckily I had a coupon so the price was fairly cheap glad I did not pay full price for my sandwiches.. it’s very rare that I come here maybe once or twice every few months.

I know this is a small town restaurant. However, I don’t feel as though this particular subway prepares for any type of business or rush. We have a high school nearby, as well as rec department games and they are never prepared. Also twice in the last seven days I have gone in at 7 PM for a pizza and they didn’t have any. As well as being told by one of the workers there, that the earlier worker didn’t do anything and left everything for them to do as well as all of the dishes.
I waited 30 minutes tonight in line while the workers were trying I think as hard as they were able. Again these are high school aged workers that clearly were not prepared and worked very slow. Only to be told that there wasn’t any pizza. Then I ordered my sandwich and they went to back it up and didn’t even put my sauce in the bag that was supposed to be on the side. All in all not a great experience.

Not sure what the issue with the even/night stuff is but there’s always a issue. Try to look past them but they keep happening and no one calls you back. Our latest sandwich order must have had burn the bread written in the notes. Really appreciate how it fell about from being WAY too toasted.

I always order to-go thru the app. Haven’t had an issue doing that. Food always ready when I get there. Order always correct. They change the online exclusive sandwiches up every now and then so there’s more variety than there has been in the past & the sandwiches taste better than they have in years past. I’m not expecting gourmet when I choose to eat here. I know what I’m getting so I just want it ready and correct and, at this location, it always is.

4/19/25: 1:15p Dear Manager/Owner, The fella with the beard working right now needs a serious lesson in customer service! The 2 staff members were working on online orders when I came in. No other customers but me inside. So the sweet girl greeted me and stopped her online order (allowing him to finish the order while she waiting on me. He went off on her! All about how she needed to finish what she was doing before helping me because that order was before mine and already paid for. He told her she needed to clean up after herself and that reviews were coming up and if she wanted a raise she needed to do her job, etc etc. more customers were in line beind me now. He never spoke w word to them. He just cleaned, instead of helping the customers
I finally had to tall him how rude he was being and that he needed to continue his conversation with no customers around

The food is good. Typical Subway food. Tyler has the absolute worst customer service skills. What he is doing is far more important than any customer standing in front of him. He never says anything or acknowledges you in any way when you walk in the door. He ignores you and makes every customer wait until he’s done doing whatever he’s doing before he will ever even acknowledge you standing there. A customer behind us was trying to make conversation with Tyler, and all Tyler would do is complain about how busy they were. Isn’t being busy a good thing? The more busy, the more money you make. And how dare you order a pizza when Tyler is there. Most of the time, he says they just don’t have any pizzas. Today, though, they had some still partially frozen. He brought them out to take the plastic off the pizza and quietly said to the other employee that he absolutely hated when people ordered pizzas. Well, I heard that! That’s what prompted my bad review. Thanks, Tyler!

Me and a few associates were looking for a nice dinner and decided to hit up the local Subway. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the staff members and treated with what can only be described as the scent of freshness. While waiting in line we took note of the friendly atmosphere and positive energy. Once it was time to order, we decided to go out of our comfort zone and try a sub adorned with the infamous Subway cookies. The male staff member was very helpful, recommending us a bread type and informing us that we can get it toasted. While it did come out to be a bit pricey, myself and company agree that it was worth every bite. We offered a bite to the aforementioned staff member and he gladly tried it, commenting that it may be better with Italian bread. Our specific sub consisted of 4 cookies (2 chocolate chip and 2 raspberry cheesecake) and 6 inches of herb and cheese bread. I’m conclusion, great food and better service, will definitely be visiting again.
