Who ever worked 8pm on 5/31/25 is amazing as soon as the door opened they rushed to the front because they didn’t want anyone to wait loved that! However I did have a mobile order so it wasn’t necessary but still appreciated. Then when I opened my bag I asked for a crazy amount of olives and they did it! Mad love they even put extra olives in a container in case it wasn’t enough! It was over my expectation and I’m loving it thank u!

I don’t know if it’s because I’m not eating like this hardly at all now or if the sub was just that tasty. But, it was delicious! I was halfway done when I realized I hadn’t taken a photo. It was that good. I ordered through the app, and the order was quickly filled. I ordered the footlong Bella Mozza. I think it’s one of the best subs I’ve had, and I sure hope they keep it on the menu. I had to have cookies, too. Got the double chocolate and was going to get a white chocolate raspberry one, but they weren’t available. They substituted a double chocolate one, and I’m so glad. I think I like them better. Server was very friendly and got my sandwich quickly for me. Even though she was in the process of making orders for people in the line. Always tip your servers. They work hard for you. Wish I could say I’d be back soon, but this was just a once in a while cheat meal.

Lady who appears to be the manager started complaining about getting multiple orders at once and slamming oven doors. She was passive aggressive while speaking to customers over having to do her job.

Worst sub I’ve ever had. They put condiments on the sub I didn’t order, & forgot ones that I did order, put so much sauce on made it soggy. 9 times out of 10 the order is messed up or when ordering online they take an extra 20-30mins to finish making the subs past when it is supposed to be finished.

THE WORST SUBWAY YOU CAN GO TO , THE ENOLOYEES SUCK YOU DONT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR the workers are disgusting and find you on facebook n send you pictures you dont ask for they throw a fit if they have to put a little more then 2 pieces of lettuces and anything else on your sub even if you pay for it , the workers dont wear gloves there not quality people who make your food. worst one in delaware county IOWA!!!!!!

This has to be the worst subway around. The last 3 times I’ve been there I’ve actually got a sandwich once.. one night we ordered online. Was about 10 minutes late for pick up and 45 minutes before they closed. When I got there they were closed . The next time we ordered online said our sandwiches would be done by 6:10 . I finally left the store at 6:50 with my To go order . When I arrived there wasn’t anyone in the store and 2 employees seemed more interested in talking to each other. Took like about 45 minutes after my sandwich was done. Went there for lunch today and they made my sandwiches but wouldn’t accept my cash .

Staff gave my one sandwich from my online order to another customer who’s order was wrong. I had to wait for instore customers to get my order. My order that was placed online turned into an instore pick up. Both sandwiches were toasted. So when I requested that both my sandwiches be remade as the other was cold from sitting on the counter. The staff rolled their eyes and instead of apologizing whispered to each other and showed signs of inconvenience.
