Food is honestly amazing BUT… the service? HORRIBLE! The guy that always at the register (and I know he’s been here for years) has no customer service skills whatsoever… and it seems he now hired someone (who serves the vegetables) who mirrors his attitude! Extremely rude.. who don’t know how to use actual words, but rather signal with their hands expecting customers to understand. I do want to say that the older gentleman who is cooking the food is very kind and respectful. Other than him and the delicious food? I’d give this place a ZERO in customer service!

Terrible service. We asked for extra meat and he ignored our question without confirming if we would get extra. We asked again and he replied with a snobby attitude. Since Covid, the customer service plummeted extremely.

Great experience. Good price. Good Food. 4 meats to choose from. there is a even a vegetarian option. Either way the plate is $10. The soda is $3. they even cleaned the grill for me. I hate hot sauce. so since they do all the food on the same grill.. i have to wait for a clean grill so the flavors don’t mix and ruin it for me.. When ever I’m hungry this is my choice to have lunch at.

Horrible service, was ordering food and the guy said “Are you scared to talk or what? I can’t hear you”. When I was speaking in a mannered tone, horrible and very disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone only if you would like to be talked to disrespectfully. Very unprofessional, and uncalled for.

Whenever I come to Plaza Bonita, I know that I have to take a couple of those delicious plates home. But please tell me why they have to close 10-5 min early. And whenever you ask if they could please get you a plate they always say NO, with a certain look on their face. All the other places have a 5 min grace period, but this one won’t. There are other times in which they will just ignore you and won’t look your way once.

Ordered a plate that came with nothing but a pile of noodles. I remember when you could get enough of everything. Their service has crumbled down it’s not worth it. Better off going to fashion mall.

I love how you can put how much meat you want on your plate and that they have alot of veggies to choose from. The only problem i have is the taste. It kinda lacks of flavor even though i asked for “everything”. But i mean if you are at the mall and craving for mongolian noodles, this is the place for you.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Mongolian barbecue place. The portions are small. The staff watches you. They’re very rude and they make faces when you Build a big bowl you’re better off going to the Mongolian barbecue place at the fashion Valley mall better selection and the meat taste a lot better. Also, the staff is friendly unlike this place.
