One of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had in a long time. We ordered two meals and only one showed up. The second meal that we paid for was completely missing.
When my wife called to let them know, instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, the person on the phone just argued with her and insisted they packed it. We kept explaining that we literally did not receive it, and they kept arguing like we were lying.
No accountability, no customer service, no attempt to make it right. Just defensive and rude.
At best this place is completely disorganized. At worst it feels like they don’t care once they have your money. Either way, I won’t be ordering from here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who expects basic service and honesty.
This is not an Uber issue. The bag was stapled shut by your restaurant. The driver did not open it.
When we called you, your staff argued and insisted the missing meal was packed instead of apologizing or fixing it. If an item is missing from a sealed bag, that is 100% a restaurant error.
Blaming Uber is just deflecting responsibility. This response proves the exact lack of accountability described in the review.

LOVE this place! The lychee martinis, white lotus.. perfect. All the sushi is fresh, including sashimi. I love the fancy lobster roll, the spicy lovers roll & the Naruto rolls. The lunch & dinner boxes are amazing too. It’s always quiet but the servers are attentive & accommodating!

After being told I could not sit and eat at nearby Yuzu sushi rushed over to Ansai to see if I could sit and eat here. Although I was told “we close at 3,take out” I asked to sit,and the hostess said I don’t want you to rush” I said its just afew rolls. She showed me to a table, ordered fresh hot green tea. I ordered the 3 roll lunch special,perfectly passable miso soup and 3 quick crunchy spicy rolls. They arrived quickly and I was able to leisurely eat them and write this review and still be out the door before the 3 pm

A buddy of mine suggested we go here for their sushi today for lunch. I am not a big sushi guy but upon looking into the menu I was pleasantly surprised that they are not a one trick pony. They have several other asian style choices thank goodness. I went with the 9 dollar chicken hibachi lunch special. It cam with fried rice, my choice of soup and vegetables. My friend ended up getting 3 different sushi rolls. They looked pretty big and didn’t pay that much more than me so it seemed like a good deal. The food itself was very good. The hot and sour soup went down very easily and paired nicely with the chicken hibachi dish. However, I did find that the amount of chicken and soup they give you was on the smaller side so that did disappoint me. The service wasn’t anything spectacular either but it was not bad either it was middle of the road. Overall I would come back here.

It’s where I took my girlfriend, the woman I intend to marry on our first date.
The food, service, and speed is great. Servers are always friendly, and seating is comfortable. They offer a lot of different kinds of Sushi, including Hibachi and other entrees as well.
Parking is very easy as well, and the building appears to be wheelchair accessible.
I’ve always had a great experience with Anzai, and highly recommend this place. I’ll update the review once we get married as well!

Had a mix up with their website (few bucks cheaper than using Grubhub). Thought I had placed a delivery order… Waited the 40+ minutes it claims to take, called when it was at a hour (figured busy with the dinner rush). Mind you get no email or text for order confirmation… So they offer to deliver (but will take another 30min… By now the sushi is mush). I ask for a refund on the order and the restaurant gives me an attitude about it. I get it’s a waste, but it was a simple mix up and their side provided no information about the order to double check. They even threaten to no longer do business with us (despite ordering from there quite frequently). Left very disappointed and still hungry.

I have come here multuple times. First off, the food is amazing. Always use fresh ingredients, freshly prepared when ordered, so your food always arrives nice and hot! The taste is incredible! From the soups to the sushi, i cant get enough of this cozy place!
