Our delivered Pizza was handled with care, fresh and warm, but whoever cooked our buffalo wings did a poor job by letting them burn. We contacted the restaurant and the lead employee there told us there was nothing they could do, and then lied about the On Duty manager not being there Saturday night. This is so disappointing I should contact the San Mateo County Health Department about this. Until then there’s always room for improvement, they just need to find it!

Customer service is very poor. The young cashier seemed bothered that were placing an order and was not courteous. We will not be returning to this business. You need to hire people who are genuinely interested in working to attract more customers.

If you come here, don’t be surprise if they are rude to you. I don’t know if they are understaffed but they are always bothered and not welcoming when you put your order. Even when they make a mistake on your order they blame the customer for the mistake. ♀️

My favorite place to grab pizza from when I am in RWC. I am specifically a huge fan of their crust. I don’t know what they do, I just can’t seem to have the same experience with all the other round tables. I just keep coming back here for more. Don’t miss out on this place if you haven’t tried it. I recommend their King Arthur Supreme, Maui Zaui and pepperoni, the garlic ties and their boneless chicken wings plain with dipping ranch.

Although it was OK, the service wasn’t very nice. Nothing bad happened, but it was difficult to know how to order because there wasn’t anyone at the cashier. Then, although the food isn’t bad, it feels like a regular food you could have anywhere else.

Lack of staff involved here at this location. Two people on the weekend running the whole operation of the store ordered my pizza online took an hour and a half to make. And then our pizza with soggy it wasn’t cooked all the way through because they were understaffed and overwhelmed. Paid $33 for a soggy Pizza I had to rebake in the oven for another 20 minutes. Looks like I won’t be coming back here.

They dont listen to any instruction I ask them on my pizza. I love rt but THIS spot is very subpar most of the time. Too much sauce or too much cheese but if you ask for lite on either of those they dont put anything on it. I legit just need them to scale back the sauce by 15% and I would be great! If I ask for it well done make it well done please they basically ignore you regardless of what you ask. Final note the lady on the phone can be so rude it’s not even funny
