The pizza is always delicious and ready quick. It can get pricey with custom pizzas but reasonable. The people working are always polite and efficient. The restaurant is always clean.

This was our first visit to LuLu’s. Our normal pizza haunts are Monical’s, Del’s, and Crawford’s because we like their crispy thin crust pizza. But not this time. Other folks we know have spoken highly of LuLu’s pizza so me the missus thought we’d take the plunge. We ordered the 16″ supreme and a small dinner salad and had water for our drinks. Kudos to the woman behind the counter who recommended we mix the sweet red sauce with the regular red sauce. Good call! The pizza came out quickly and was hot and delicious. The crust was super thin and crispy. The toppings were plentiful, well cooked, and the cheese completely melted. The restaurant though too small for real big gatherings was empty but very clean and well lit. The woman behind the counter was friendly and attentive. Would we return? Absolutely. We’re happy to add LuLu’s as one of our pizza haunts. PS: I love next-day cold pizza. LuLu’s pizza makes for a great cold lunch.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s so good! I don’t make it out to that side of Decatur much but it’s worth it. They have a big gaming area, and the dining area is very clean. The staff was very busy but kept cool and professional. They felt bad cause my order was only like 5 min off and gave me a punch card with 6 puches toward a free pizza! (There are 10 punches.) Pizza was amazing, pepperoni, sausage and bacon, and what I thought was a personal salad turned out to be huge! I’ll be going back soon.

Hubby and I went to get a pizza and play a bit while we waited for our order. Let me first say that ordinarily, we LOVE Lulu’s pizza, it’s one of our favorites, but what we got last night was unacceptable, what is going on Lulu’s? Girl taking my order was less than friendly, seemed annoyed that I interrupted her from her phone. Got the pizza home and it looked horrible! Way over cooked, the crust looked like cardboard and was about 4 inches wide the whole way around so only about half our pizza had any sauce and toppings. Crust was so hard and over cooked it was completely uneatable, the 10 or so small squares in the middle were rubbery and tasted like cardboard, the toppings and cheese were borderline burnt and tasteless. We are not picky, entitled people, it takes A LOT for me to complain, but this was by far the worst pizza we’ve ever had!

Good Pizza, but when I came in to order, the young lady at the counter just looked at me and turned away and kept doing idk what… kinda made me feel funny, like she didn’t want me there or something. I wanted to ask her why she did that, but, for the sake of harmony, i didn’t say anything. The pizza was great, but I don’t know if I’ll be back, I’m not one that spend my money at places I don’t feel welcome.
