I’ve walked in quite a few of their locations, mostly in Rochester, and a couple in Buffalo depending on where I’m working.
I can guarantee, whichever location you walk into, you’ll have the same quality experience across the board.
The staff is always super pleasant and eager to help with any questions you may have.
The meals are convenient and there are many options to choose from. Even the protein shakes that they make are delicious.
If you’re looking for a quick, easy, healthy meal, this is where I’d go!

I had a great experience at 95 Nutrition thanks to Diamond. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me right away and asked if I’d been to this location before. When I said I had, she jokingly welcomed me back, which immediately made the interaction feel warm and personable.
She took the time to talk with me about some of her favorite meals and pointed out options I didn’t even know they had—like the gingerbread pancakes! I really appreciated how easy she was to talk to; we even shared a few laughs. Her friendliness and genuine enthusiasm made my visit that much better.

Diamond and Jesse have been absolutely great, and always greet me with a smile and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend checking out this location it is GREAT.

Overall 95 nutrition has some premade meals that leave you feeling good. Check to see if your insurance offers health credits or something similar and you could even get reimbursed for purchasing these healthy meals!

After seeing all of their delicious meals on social media, I figured I would give it a try. I’ve only been getting meals for the past few weeks, but everything I’ve had so far has been amazing. I’ve been stopping in the store and they always have a great selection of meals. I’ve been so impressed with all the flavors in each meal and especially how filling they are, you’d be surprised! Especially love their $5 Fridays! And not to mention the staff are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which really helped for my first time there. I love it & would highly recommend 95 Nutrition to anyone considering it!
