I travel across the country and visit a lot of Starbucks. This is the cleanest and nicest of them all. But what really sets it apart are the employees. They’re always friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in, courteous at all times and the drinks are perfect. Thanks for the hard work that goes into making this the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Great job!

I order an Ice lavander matcha, 40 minutes pass people who came in later are getting their drinks first. Am I supposed to tip a million dollars to not waste my time or what? I was reimbursed with a 4$ gift card for my wait, so that’s something.

Thank you to the barista on Tuesday who patiently helped us figure out what drink my grand daughter had before. The gingerbread chi tea was awesome and the little cup drawing was so cute! Thanks for being so kind

A steadily busy location. Imo, although friendly.. the staff should work on greeting patrons who enter the establishment. It makes people feel seen, & welcomed & spare additional time when they see employees who are busy helping 20 others. I just believe that’s part of great customer service. All in all, everything was good & quite relaxing for us. Located in Bellevue Kentucky, there’s a scenic view of Cincy Nation, like, the Ohio River, the Reds Stadium, Montgomery Inn Boat House, Mount Adams, the Big Mac Bridge & almost the entire Cincinnati Ohio skyline. There’s a drive-thru, 2 entrances/exits, it’s wheelchair accessible & you can eat inside, outside, or on the go. Located off the 1st exit crossing into Ky off the Big Mac bridge 471 S Newport/Bellevue exit & the last exit before the Big Mac bridge 481 N leaving Newport/Bellevue Ky to Cincinnati Ohio

On the way to work this morning stopped as a treat to get a hot chocolate for myself and my daughter. I asked for pepper mint and she asked for a shot of espresso. Was promptly told by the barista she actully wants a mocha latte and rang it up as such, I said quite firmly, No! She asked for a hot chocolate w/espresso. Their attitude quickly changed and when we got to the window to pay, the guy who took the order pulled the cashier out of the way and made a huge point to manipulating to me how the 2 drinks are the same, even speaking over me when I asked if the pepper mint was in my hot chocolate. This location is terrible. The employees are always nasty and disrespectful like that. I usually go to another location who has never questioned or tried to push a completely different drink on us. We will continue to pass this one up, even though it’s closest to our house. It’s not worth the time and hassle. I know others in Belvue who refuse to visit this location, that tells me this is not an isolated occurrence.

Just stopped here for a hot chocolate. Watched while they served the drive through and left those of us in the store waiting. Ordered at 1145. Got the drink at 12:02. Seems like an excessive wait. Inside the store wasn’t even busy. I guess you need to go through the drive through to get attention.

I had to say something about this location for Starbucks. They are always so friendly and nice, even if I just come in to pick up a mobile order. They always write a thank you note on my cup and that little gesture just makes my day so much better. Plus the coffee that they make is exactly how I like it and never have to add anything to it so I just wanted to say thank you for all that you do there because you are doing it the way it should be done.

Use the drive thru or mobile. They might as well close the counter since everyone is so busy with the others. Stood, ignored, for awhile before anyone saod hi, then again time passed before an order. They were all really friendly and helpful, just focused elsewhere.

I was standing there for a while, Johnathan said he’d get right to me, ok that’s fine, then I went to the restroom. I came back out … Johnathan was shady! He watched me come out, then turned and pretended to be busy so he didn’t wait on me… I felt so uncomfortable. Then Zoe came up: Do we not greet anymore?? …. Just impatiently what can I get for you so impatiently?!
Rude. I love this location and have lots of happiness here!! I’m super friendly and hate being so discarded!! It hurts when you want to engage and be friendly to the baristas. You’re not at a factory working in the back!! You’re with friendly customers and they want to be friendly and greet you!

Pretentious baristas. Today will be the LAST time I will come to this store. Rude employees except for the ONE light skinned man with the curly hair. Every one else is rude and obviously hate’s working there.I will drive 20 miles out of the way instead.
