I have been in the drive-through for 30 minutes so far and still have not even reached the menu to order. 4 cars ahead of me and only 2 customers inside. This is a closed in drive-through so once you’re in it, you are stuck in it and cannot get out. Even a quarter of a tank of gas later, still sitting in it. With no options and no way to leave. Absolutely ridiculous. There are more employees than there are customers, but still just sitting here…. Over a half an hour.

Have been going to Starbucks for over a decade and always had great experiences with very polite employees and great drinks. Stopped by and asked for a cup of ice and was told if I wasn’t purchasing a beverage that I was Not allowed to get a cup of ice. I offered to pay for the cup of ice and they still said no I bought my son a small Refresher for five dollars and then asked if I could now please have a large cup of ice and then was told I could have a small cup that was halfway full. Seriously, it seemed more personal than anything, and really disappointed me in the decline of service and respect. The manager and employee both had very poor attitudes towards me. Very poor experience at this specific location

My first time to this location. I decided to walk inside rather than go through the drive through. My drink order had taken maybe 4 minutes from the time I paid, with only 1 person who ordered 2 drinks ahead of me. This is super fast compared to the Starbucks next to my work in Arvada.
The woman taking my order was nice, friendly, and they did greet people coming in the door with a welcome.
Lots of parking. I parked outside of their lot across from the drive thru, and there was no one else parked there.

My iced macchiato was made perfectly….barista was friendly and as quick as she could be with dealing with the drive-thru line….restrooms are unlocked and clean….

usually i have no problems but today must have been a off day for them. i get the white chocolate mocha hot and this time it just tasted like water. no mocha taste nothing. hope next time its back to normal.

This is hands down my favorite Starbucks! I drive all the way from Elizabeth to Englewood on a regular basis and happily pass several other locations just to stop here. The team is always so friendly, the drinks are consistently perfect, and you can tell they take pride in what they do, no lazy drinks here! Thank you for always delivering top-notch service and quality. You guys are absolutely killing it!
