We kicked things off with a spread of appetizers: warm edamame, perfectly crispy calamari rings, and some seriously tasty octopus balls. From there, we dove into a mix of tempura rolls, a carb-less roll with no rice, and my personal favorite of the night—the dynamite baked roll. Every bite was so fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
The staff made the experience even better. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.
One thing that really stood out was their week day game—it’s such a unique touch! If you can toss a coin into a shot glass submerged in water, you win a free all-you-can-eat pass. It sounds simple, but trust me… it’s harder than it looks. Still, it’s super fun to try and adds a playful vibe to the meal.
And for the baby? They were able to bring out some crunchy, golden French fries that were honestly delicious enough for the adults to steal a few.
Overall, this place has a little bit of everything—great food, family-friendly options, fun weekend challenges, and wonderful service. Definitely worth checking out if you’re craving sushi with a twist!
Sake 2 Me is located on a inner corner of the shopping center, so it’s easy to spot, it’s well lit, and has some cute decorations inside.
We were seated right away, and we did the AYCE, so we ordered a little bit of everything we liked, and tried a few things!
My favorite was that Tempura Nigiri, like how did they make something that amazing?! It basically melted in your mouth as well as having that amazing crunch from the tempura. I need it again.
Also, yellowtail collar, only one order per table, but boy it was worth it.
Nigiri was that perfect fish to rice ratio, and it was all super fresh to taste. Handrolls were perfect, and a good helping as well!
Service was great, super friendly, and very on top of making sure we were taken care of.
I’ll definitely be going here for when I’m out in the area and meeting up with some friends who love sushi!
Since this was our first time here and not crazy hungry, we ordered a la carte. We stuck to the basics — a few spicy tuna rolls, eel hand roll, a specialty roll and udon soup. The portions were generous, all the food was good and came away satisfied. Total was approximately $70 for the three of us including tip.
The AYCE option price is $38 a person, which may not be a bad option if you’re hungry and want to try various things.
We went for the ayce menu. They have so many options that we almost didn’t know where to begin.
We ordered a lot of appetizers. Everything was delicious especially the unagi tempura. We loved it so much that we ordered it again. The unagi is buttery and fatty and combined with the light tempura batter and sauce made for a perfect match.
The yellowtail collar was also buttery and fatty. The fish was nice and moist. One of the better yellowtail collars that I have ever had.
The nigiri has the perfect sashimi to rice ratio. Everything was nice and fresh.
The rolls and handrolls were large and delicious. And we were surprised to see skewers on the menu as well.
And Monday through Thursday they offer large Sapporo’s for $3. You can’t beat that.
Awesome service and wonderful food will make this your go-to ayce sushi place!
They are also going to be open on Christmas Eve and Day. They will also be open on New Year’s Eve and Day.
Besides the AYCE the eye pleasing sashimi was no joke! Just check my pictures. The service was good but there can be a wait during dinner time but definitely check it out.
