I got a mango dragon fruit lemonade, it tastes normal but the Ice watered it down when I said light ice. And when they brought it out it was not to the lid like it usually is. Is this really what I paid for? They also didn’t give me a note + took 15 minutes.

A week or so ago, I needed a few things and was near Target. I decided to get a coffee to drink while I was shopping. Kiki was so cheerful and friendly. I saw the new cold Pecan crunch latte on a sign and asked her if it could be made hot. I was pleased when she said that it could. I also expressed my dismay that it would have to be decaffe, as I can not have caffeine anymore. We had a nice conversation while she was making the latte. It was so good. I’d never had one before. I also had her go light on the syrups. Even with that, it was still very tasty. Employees like Kiki are what makes businesses thrive. Even though this was a very short visit, it was also a memorable one.

I just want to start by saying that is is the location on the Southside of Blair’s Ferry, cross from Target. This is not the Starbucks inside Target.
This is a fairly new store. I only drove through, so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the store or the “atmosphere”.
I was very impressed with the speed with which my order was taken, the product knowledge of the employees, the efficiency of the execution, and the courteousness with which it all occurred.
I didn’t have to explain what drink I wanted or how to make it, which is usually the case at most Starbucks. I’m very satisfied with my experience here today.
I will return and recommend to others!

I am writing to convey my profound gratitude for the exceptional experience I recently had at your establishment.
Following a significant accident on May 31st in Kansas, where my wife and I were involved in a high-speed car crash traveling at over 60 miles an hour, we were fortunate to emerge relatively unscathed. In the aftermath of such a harrowing event, seeking solace in familiar and comforting surroundings became paramount. Walking into Starbucks (acrossed from Target in Cedar Rapids, IA) and being greeted with such warmth and kindness was an experience that provided a much-needed sense of normalcy and comfort. The team’s professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care were truly heartening.
Beyond the immediate relief of our safety, returning to my family, and being embraced by our church community, one of the most comforting experiences was the reception we received at our local Starbucks. The staff made a significant positive impact on us during this challenging time. Their actions were a poignant reminder of the strength and kindness inherent in our community, for which I am profoundly thankful.
I kindly request that you extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone at Starbucks who contributed to making our visits so pleasant. My wife and I will undoubtedly continue to frequent your establishment regularly. The support and hospitality exhibited by your team have left an indelible mark on us, and their efforts mean more to me than words can adequately express.

My partner went out of his way to get coffee here today, but unfortunately, one of the drinks spilled. Not only did the staff have him pay for the replacement (which I’ve seen other coffeeshops remake drinks all the time for various reasons), but they also made him wait an extraordinarily long time because his order was in addition. I understand to an extent, but this definitely was a huge damper to the afternoon. If we want to pay this much for a drink, I would hope the service would be exemplary and the staff accommodating. Idk if this Starbucks in particular is one we will revisit.

I received my free birthday drink as my birthday was yesterday and decided to do it this morning. I live on the other side of town and got it before school, and ordered it to the wrong Starbucks. when I realized it was never going to show up, I asked a barista if she could make it again for me, and she did it with ease and truly saved my morning!!! thank you Emma(I think that was her name) for making my drink within 2 minutes with no complaints. Always love this Starbucks, thank you!!

Had a very simple order – decaf coffee, decaf espresso shot, half and half. They told me about a wait for the pour-over, which was not a problem. I had to ask for the half and half again. Then I walked out to my car to find there was no espresso shot. Disappointed, won’t be back.

I’ve gotten coffee at this Starbucks before and had ok service and that’s the only reason it got any stars. My husband and I went to grab our free veteran’s day coffees. The baristas didn’t know about the deal and called the store manager over who also didn’t know. The line backed up and they eventually asked us to step aside why they made our coffees and figured it out. When my coffee with cream came out it was at least half cream and was cold. We never were told what we were supposed to do for payment so after waiting with no service we eventually left. Many veteran’s struggle to go out in public and take advantage of veterans day deals. To have the first deal of the day go so poorly was deflating.
