The staff does not change their gloves in between sandwiches!
I had the unfortunate mishap of receiving a wrong sandwich from them after placing a mobile order. After getting there, my sandwich wasn’t even done being made, the order was put in 15 minutes before I got there.
Long story short, many items on the sandwich were wrong. All the while they’re juggling 5 different orders at once. I thought pick up takes priority? Guess not. When I reached out to customer service, they were of no help of course. What the did was pass on my info to the rude store owner who was mocking me on the way out. Below is his response to me. In the email he confirmed what he told me in store when I asked about glove changing, cause between you and I, I don’t want what the guy in front of me is having!
They were of no help. Don’t go to this subway.

After walking out of Popeye’s because no one would take my order it was a welcome relief to come here. Young lady behind counter eagerly asked if she could help me. Sandwich was very good and the personnel were friendly.

Very nice staff, vey fast service. The food tasted so fresh! They have a drive thru, but I’ve only used it a couple times. My husband gets a ridiculous amount of toppings, i would forget something if I wasn’t standing looking at them. If only ordering for my kids I would definitely use it, it’s very convenient when my little one is sleeping. The only downside is their parking, its tight when there are more than two cars.

the two girls working tonight definitely need a raise. they were so friendly. best customer service i’ve ever received. let me place my order still even though it was really close to closing time for them, they didn’t seem to mind. they were super sweet about the whole situation. best workers this subway has!!!!! keep these employees forever!!!

Quite a long wait in the drive through but the staff are friendly and quick once you get to the window. I am not sure what the delay is at the order board. My sandwich was just as requested wrapped neatly and not soggy when I got home

Drive through is a plus. Store is quick and owner is present, to me it means he cares. Never had an issue, my favorite subway I’ve visited so far.

They really know how to make a good grinder. We order 5 different sandwiches a week the owner he and crew so polite and make sure that you’re order is exactly what you wanted.
