Wow what a crappy establishment. Door says you open at 7:30, says your open online. But here I am 30 minutes after open and just left standing at the door for 15 minutes, making me late for work because you can’t be bothered to keep your word. Either fix your posted hours or do your damn job. What a waste of time

This is the best Subway in Dothan. The ladies that work here are just wonderful, they do there jobs amazingly, they get you through almost like a Chick-Fil-A. They seem to have a awesome system down, no matter how many people are in front of you they get them in and out with a perfectly made sandwich. The sandwiches are always made properly, you’re not skimped on the meat or toppings. When I think about subway this is the Subway that comes to mind. Everyone at this location needs a raise.

I came in about 7:25 pm for a meatball sub and they close at 9, as soon as it was my turn to order she ask me what bread I wanted, then by the time she was cutting the bread halfway she says she had already put up the meatballs. You close in an hour and a half and you already put it up is poor customer service don’t take on any job if your not going to follow protocol. I went to another subway and they told me that this subway had way too many complaints doesn’t surprise me. Won’t come here again until they have people who can do their job correctly.

Went there at 12 noon today to get lunch sign said open but doors were locked nobody there at lunch time on Saturday, so went to burger king across the street sat down to eat food and saw an employee pull up unlock the door and leave back out about 5 minutes later , saw at least 15 customers pull up and leave in an hour, management needs to investigate because employee left with merchandise. That is why prices go up.

Yeah I went to this establishment last year on a Tuesday and my waiter (I think his name was Bart) took FIVE WHOLE MINUTES to take my drink order and when I asked him about this he told me it’s not that kind of restaurant and I told him to go get the manager because I know how restauranting works cause I used to eat in them. The manager agreed with Bart but I needed my drink order taken because my wife left me and that was really all I had going for at the time. Just please bring the kids back to me sharron what did I do to deserve this? Anyway I went and bought myself a Fresca took a nap in the parking lot and went back in. Whole ordeal took about 6 hours. Great meatball sub!
