Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Excellent customer service! I’m pregnant and went to a closer location for a sweet tea craving but they weren’t going to have sweet tea tonight. This location was about 3-5 minutes further but they understood my request and I’m getting the gallon of their sweet tea and a large fries. They also made it fresh! This speaks volumes compared to the previous location because my original intention was only sweet tea. It’s not a big upsell this time but will definitely be coming back to this location over other closer ones.

I LOVE whataburger my boyfriend and i go there several times a few months. And i have to say this whataburger has the out most FRIENDLIEST staff! Specifically a worker names Loui! She was so kind and attentive to us, saying thank you and you’re welcome. And even bringing us extra spicy ketchup! She even took our orders correctly, repeating and asking if everything was correct! The atmosphere was amazing, nice music playing, customers were happy and staff was great! The food was nice, hot, and fresh! This is a GREAT whataburger.

I’d just like to comment on the excellent service. At the counter Issac was very helpful in using my Whataburger App. I received a nice hot breakfast which was delicious in flavor and quality. I was especially surprised at the Breakfast On A Bun quality. Sausage patty five stars. Ambience was peaceful and cleanliness excellent. I’m glad I came to this Whataburger. 3am breakfast

SANDRA/PERLA – We agree with the other reviews. This location has terrible customer service!!! The store manager SANDRA is unprofessional and rude to staff and customers. We’ve witnessed on two separate occasions her belittling customers/staff. Now most of the staff and nice but the 2 times we’ve encountered PERLA she is just the same as SANDRA. We paid and ordered for double meat and received one meat, When we took it back to register PERLA appeared annoyed. When she brought us the correct order, she said, “check it So you don’t complain again”! wow just wow. Not the customer’s fault that you put one meat and charged us for two! Not to mention the soggy fries EVERY SINGLE TIME! We will order onion rings at this location b/c fries here are always TERRIBLE. -ask why we return: this location is five minutes from us, but unfortunately, there is too many mistakes and we get treated badly.

I went because it’s new and wanted to try it out so I got it on the way home. And I asked for a BBQ chicken strip sandwich with fries and a chocolate/strawberry shake. And I got a strawberry shake with half the fries gone. They couldn’t even fill it up. I hope it’s just opening jitters

Stay away! These cooks at whataburger do not know how to read a prompter. I ordered a #5 extra grilled onions with an extra meat, well done. Well no onions, no extra meat. I then asked for my meat and onions well guess what they brought me like a small spoon of onions, burned ! At that had to get up for the second time asked the manager , whats so hard about making a burger and he just got the extra onions and went on his way RUDE!

Great food great service and bathrooms clean. This is one of the few that when I order takeout the food still hot when I get home. The only bad thing is getting wrong drinks so just taste your before leaving.

First and foremost I hadn’t ate since breakfast I went to Whataburger ordered a number 1 asked the girl who took our order and actually repeated it to her several times. NO ONIONS NO CHEESE because she asked twice if I wanted cheese asked her to add easy Mayo. Then ordered my daughter chicken bites meal. So I ask the guy that was working can you make sure it has mustard because the girl didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing and he said it comes with mustard already so it should have it. We pulled up further to front as there was a big line in back of us. We got our food and we left Alamo Whataburger is closed due to flooding so I went to the one in San Juan. Came home mind you I hadn’t ate since breakfast. It was already 7pm around there. Anyways I get home no mustard in there I specifically told that girl NO ONIONS and not only is there a lot of ONIONS they added Jalapenos to it too! I took them off because I was hungry then my second to my last bite I felt something hard when I bit in and I was like what the heck is that I bit again and I felt pain to my tooth something was stuck in there I tried getting it with my tongue but wasn’t successful I had to pinch it out with my fingers it was a hard plastic that was stuck on my tooth I immediately called Whataburger and asked to speak to the manager her name was Vanessa. She just apologized and asked me if I was going to the hospital I’m like what’s the use of me going to the hospital I need a dentist is what I need. It being the weekend she said someone from corporate would get in touch we me Monday. I am in pain and she said of you decide to go to the hospital make sure you get a report and just said I’m sorry ma’am didn’t say anything else but ask for my full name address and phone number. WATCH OUT FOR HARD PLASTIC IN THE MEAT!!!

I love Whataburger but this one just eats the cake . I order curbside on the app and they bring me just my drink 30mins later then I have to wait another 10mins just to get my food. To top it off. They gave me the wrong order.
